One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed. On the morning of surgery, I waited only a few minutes before being called back. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They thoroughly reviewed my information, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly what they would be doing. I walked into the operating room, where they gave me a warm air blanket and adjusted my pillow to make me comfortable. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery with two wonderful nurses taking care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me water and applesauce, helped me get dressed when I was ready, and ensured I felt stable before escorting me out to my car. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. The entire process was seamless, and my pain has been very minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Ehret and Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. I ended up driving to the surgery center making my payment, I did express that this was inconvenient and not patient friendly and the next thing I know they canceled my surgery! Shame on you Bayview plastic surgery and Surgery center of Silverdale! No Grace! I was told there needed to be trust between all parties.....Only they do not trust me because I was honest because I was lied to, and I was made promises, the office manager of Bayview plastic surgery could not provide that they would take my money and pay the facility and THEY could not fulfill this promise! 2 weeks prior to surgery...... Appointment Canceled After Arrival - Very Unprofessional…read more I drove nearly an hour and took three hours off from my hourly-paid job for an appointment scheduled through a referral. After checking in and starting to fill out paperwork, I was told they didn't accept my Kaiser Core insurance. I immediately offered to self-pay, but after the front desk contacted billing, they still canceled my appointment and refused to let me see the doctor. As a result, I lost work hours, wages, time, gas, and energy for nothing. No one informed me about any insurance issues beforehand. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. If you are a patient who has experienced similar patient abandonment or neglect at this clinic, I encourage you to protect your rights and help protect others by reporting your experience to the Washington Medical Commission.
