This journey began many years ago. I did tons of research and had many consults with other centers,…read morebut none of them compelled me to follow through. And then I researched Egrari and I'm so happy I did! My consultation was initially scheduled for November 2022, but as luck would have it, a cancellation came through and I was able to get in a few months earlier. Dr Egrari answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable. I made the decision right then and there to move forward with scheduling a surgery date. And yes, the wait is long, but IT IS WORTH IT! (I will say, I used the time to workout to strengthen my arms and legs and stay up on supplements in hopes to help with healing.) During that wait time they were communicative and provided me with information to help prepare me for surgery, and weeks prior to surgery, they walked me through, in great detail, what to expect. They were attentive and put my mind at ease. I am nearly 2 weeks post op (tummy tuck, lipo of flanks and inner thighs), and I can already tell that this girl is gonna look snatched (for those that don't know, that's a great thing)! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the care and attentiveness I have been given throughout this journey and am excited for when I'm fully healed. Big thank you to Dr Egrari, Elle, Ariel, Madeline, Justine, Catherine and all the other wonderful humans that I've engaged with during this time.

I had an arm lift by Dr. Egrari several months ago. I will start by saying his before and after…read morecare is amazing with great nurses that walk you through everything. During my consultation Dr. Egrari he told me he would also do liposuction (paying for it) to remove some extra fat from my arms but when I asked his nurses after surgery if liposuction had been done they told me it hadn't. My results were not anywhere near what I expected/desired. I was left with approximately two inches of loose/jiggly skin and my "after" looked like someone's " before photo." I was obviously very disappointed and upset after the money spent and the painful recovery. I discussed this with Dr. Egrari during my follow-up appointment. He basically gas lit me saying the results were proportionate to my body and that my arms looked better than before. When I lifted my arms and showed him the excess skin jiggling like a bat wing, he told me that even twelve year old's have arm jiggle. If Dr. Egrari would have validated my disappointment and acknowledged that the results weren't optimal I would have continued to have trust in him knowing this could potentially happen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. He did tell me that we could meet in 6 months and if I was still unhappy we could discuss my options to see if I still felt I needed it, but doubling down that he stands by his opinion that my results were optimal. I'm not sure how extra time would solve anything, like in 6 months my arms would miraculously tighten up and the fat would disappear. I flew out of state to get a second opinion from a highly respected surgeon who told me that I had well over two inches of loose skin that still needed to be removed along with some additional fat that required liposuction. He also said as time went on the sagging would get even worse. I'm very upset that I have to pay for another surgery and start all over. While I believe Dr. Egrari does some things right (runs a safe practice with great before and after care) I believe his surgical approach is far too conservative resulting in a disappointing outcome.

I did the research regarding concerns regarding sagging jowl line, deep frown lines, sun damage, etc. I did not want to have chemical fillers because my medical history. Also research did not support chemical fillers as the best option for me. I selected Dr Naficy not only because of reputation, but because he listened well. He performed a deep plane facelift, resurfaced the skin using a combination of procedures and added some fat transfer. Results substantially exceeded expectations. Symmetry is perfect! Even my dermatologist was "wowed" by the fine stitches and all the incisions which completely disappeared. I recommend his skill and expertise to my friends and anyone that asks.

He is an exceptional doctor, but just as importantly, an incredibly kind, respectful and caring person with an incredible bedside manner. What I've always appreciated most is how conservative and thoughtful he is in his approach. He gives you his genuine, honest opinion about what you need--and what you don't need--even when that means less money in his pocket. That kind of integrity is rare, and after more than two decades, I trust his judgment completely. He also always goes the extra mile for his patients. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment. He listens, he cares, and he takes tremendous pride in his work. And he is seriously an artist. His eye, skill and attention to detail are extraordinary. His goal is always to make you look like the best version of yourself--natural, beautiful and never overdone. After 20+ years, I don't just think he is an outstanding doctor; I genuinely love him as a person. I feel incredibly lucky to call Dr. Zemplenyi my doctor and would recommend him without hesitation.

This is going to be a long review. Im about a month post op and just feel so happy with the results…read moreso far. My confidence is back. My energy is boosted to get out of the house and do more things. Didn't really realize how much I held myself back just from feeling uncomfortable with body. I had an extended tummy tuck and lipo on my back. I came in last year for consultation. Set my date for aug 25th 2022. Which gave me time to do research on post care and what supplies I will need for recovery. Yes they do give you a list and they also call you and let you know everything you need to do to prepare for your big day. Everyone that I interacted with was so nice, pleasant and caring. From consultation to post. Even when I called just to ask questions to make sure I'm doing everything right. So I came in for consultation for mommy makeover . Breast lift and tummy tuck. So I was so excited. I have always had love handles even before kids. My ex tried to kill me and ended up leaving me with a lot of scars and a crooked belly button thought it was unfix able so I gave up hope. I didn't really know what to expect. So I was still nerves to meet with the Dr. I met with Dr Dry weeks before my procedure date. I let him know that due to rainy days (gotta take care of kids and home first) I was unable to do the lift. So we are only doing Tummy tuck. He let me know what procedure would be the best for my body. Ended up deciding to do the extended tummy tuck which wraps around the back and gets rid of the muffin top love handles, a scar on my side and fixes my belly button. I was so excited. Dr Dry was super nice and I just felt like I was in good hands. Day of procedure!! Came in at 7. Was taken to the back to go over post op care with Anna. I think I was so nerves I felt like I was about to faint. But she took care of me. Dr Dry came in and did all his lines on me that he needed. And than off to the room and I was out. I just can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr Dry. Very thankful for him working with me from traditional TT to extended TT He went above and beyond what i asked of him. He really exceeded my expectations. I look great I feel great. Thanks to the whole team. Im still healing so I know it will only get better .

Two weeks after my surgery I was not getting any better and had to go to a walk in clinic, I month later I found out a had a giant tumor on top on my lung and it ran up to my throat. Since the experience here was not good and I found out I had a giant tumor right afterwards, I just find this very strange. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
