Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Kim (if having MOHS surgery could ever be fantastic)!…read moreEveryone in the office was helpful, compassionate, friendly, and just fantastic. Dr. Kim explained everything very clearly and had wonderful bedside manner. Stacy and Krystelle (I'm not sure how to spell her name) were both fantastic and the front desk was incredibly helpful. When you get MOHS here, you stay in the same room the entire time rather than shuttling in and out of the exam room. They take good care of you (which is good, as the wait is long) while you are going through this process. The surgery was smooth, and the follow up care was wonderful. The office called the next day to see if I had any questions or issues, and the directions given when you leave are very clear. Getting my stitches out a week later also went very smoothly, and my incision site looks much better than I had hoped. I have had several different MOHS surgeries with different doctors in different locations. All of them were fine, but this experience was far above any of my previous experiences. I really hope I never have to have MOHS again, but if I do I am really glad to have Dr. Kim and her staff to return to!

I was able to talk to her over the weekend and even send her pictures. She is extremely thorough and explains everything that is going on. I trust her.

From my very first phone call, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was able to get a consultation in a timely manner and schedule my surgery the very same day. The payment process was simple and convenient, and I was able to take care of everything during that appointment. Dr. Ehret's assistant, Amanda, was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well cared for. One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed. On the morning of surgery, I waited only a few minutes before being called back. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They thoroughly reviewed my information, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly what they would be doing. Dr. Ehret personally completed multiple measurements and markings before surgery and took the time to address any remaining concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort provided before the procedure. I walked into the operating room, where they gave me a warm air blanket and adjusted my pillow to make me comfortable. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery with two wonderful nurses taking care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me water and applesauce, helped me get dressed when I was ready, and ensured I felt stable before escorting me out to my car. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. The entire process was seamless, and my pain has been very minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Ehret and Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their patients made this an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I feel it is important to update my review because I am still dealing with the devastating…read moreconsequences of my facelift. I was left disfigured and severely scarred, stitches that were left in my neck and never removed and the emotional impact has been enormous. What is especially upsetting is what happened afterward. Dr. Pratt acknowledged the problems with my results and promised to address them with a revision. However, he retired before he could follow through on those promises. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised. The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened. I trusted this practice with my face, and I never expected to be left feeling this way after surgery. The most painful part has been not only the result, but feeling abandoned when I needed help correcting it.

My skin condition continued to worsen after several months; I made an appointment with Dr. North, who also diagnosed my scaly red skin as Atopic Psoriasis and prescribed an over-the-counter crème. After trying steroids, fasting for 6 days, changing my diet (no bread), and trying multiple home remedies, nothing was helping my skin. My condition was worsening and starting to move to my upper body. I made an appointment with Seattle Dermatology https://dermatologyseattle.com/ with Alison Stinnett, PA, who took one look at my legs and diagnosed me with Eczema, a much, much better diagnosis than "the heartbreak of psoriasis." Alison prescribed Halobetasol and told me to return in two weeks, and I would be cured. I laughed to myself and thanked her. Two weeks later, my Eczema had disappeared. I was CURED. Finally, my long journey is over. I am so grateful to have found Alison Stinnett.

I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend. I've been seeing Stephie for my Botox for 13 years and have always gotten between 45-55 units. So when she recommended 64 units this visit, I was a bit taken aback. She took the time to explain in detail why the increased dose made sense and how "dose equals duration." Long story short, she has perfected her technique. The higher dose allows for more even dispersion and a noticeably better, more symmetrical result. After the injections... oh my goodness--she was right! I can both see and feel the difference. Yes, the treatment costs a bit more, but the results are absolutely worth it!

I love that this treatment clears out pores, and leaves your skin refreshed and glowing. It's also ideal that Kate is skilled enough to "read" my skin and understand what exactly it needs and what might be too much for my skin. A biopsy was made with results that required surgery. Another referral was made to have Dr. Maureen Mooney also with Cascade Eye and Skin Center remove the cancerous tissue. Needless to say, this was not the easiest time dealing with this especially having gone through prostate treatment several years ago. My visit with Dr. Mooney and her staff was professional and kind with empathy for me and my concerns. To recommend Dr. Mooney and her staff at the Cascade Eye and Skin Center is the least thank-you I could offer for the treatment given to me.
