I will say that I have more bruising on my face here than I have had in other places and the xeomin does not last as long as dysport or botox (but it is cheaper). Nancy educated me about it more, and we talked about all the other options and decided on pellet therapy. I am SO GLAD I did it! The procedure was easy, and within a few hours of getting the pellets, I started to feel better. Here is what I have noticed. It was subtle at first and then got better over several days. The night I got the pellets, I noticed a calmness come over me that I had not felt in years. Previously, I lived with near-constant irritation, almost like being in a permanent state of PMS for the last few years. The smallest life disruptions would stress me out very quickly. That irritation feeling fell away within a few hours of getting the pellets. I also slept much better, and that continues. Usually, I would only get about 4 hours of sleep at night and then be wide awake again, often due to back pain. Now I am sleeping about 6 hours instead of 4 and more soundly.
