They showed up after the first treatment and got worse. I thought it was healing but nope, it's permanent damage. You can see a clear visible line by my hairline where they treated my skin and where they didn't. Where they didn't looks good, where they did looks real bad. I have received the exact same treatment from another medspa before and it corrected many issues and smoothed my skin, taking 5-7 years off my face. I was excited to do this again after 8 years to refresh my face. Now my face has aged by 15 years. Unfortunately after going to this place my skin is worse than before. I really wanted to like the place, they were really nice, they seemed knowledgeable but my skin looks so bad now. I wear sunscreen and use parasol to hide from the sun, but it's so sensitive that I never step foot in it or it gets very blotchy. The first time I had an appointment, I was running about 5 minutes behind schedule. I gave them a courtesy call to tell them that I was stuck in traffic, but on my way. The person that I spoke to told me in an irritated tone that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I would be holding other clients up. Despite what she said, I still went to my appointment (expecting to find the waiting room packed) and there wasn't one other person waiting! The front desk person then told me that the doctor had already re-arranged her lunch time during my appointment slot. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service! I then gave it right back to them and said that I drove all the way here and that I was ready for my appointment. The dr. finally brought me back and performed the laser treatment. During the treatment, she then told me that if I bought another session (which are pricy!) that she could treat the other side of one of my legs. I told her that would be great, so I bought another session. The next time I came in for my appointment, I said that I was concerned because some of the veins were still noticeable after several treatments. She then pulled out a camera and began taking pictures of my leg without even asking for my permission. I asked her if she was doing before and after shots, and she rudely informed me that she disagreed that there was a noticeable difference in my leg and she was putting the pictures in my file. She then told me that the veins on the other side of my leg were raised and that she could not work on them, after she had persuaded me to buy another package strictly so she could work on the other veins in my legs. I was so irritated and upset. I felt that she intentionally told me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. Overall, if you are looking for good honest customer service with a smile, I would look elsewhere. Many places can do good work, but many more places can do great work with a friendly attitude.

My surgeon said this is a problem they have complained about to this establishment. When you call and say you have to have the treatment the day of surgery they say no you don't. So second surgery had treatment and now I had to go to doctor for antibiotics and wound care. Frontier said they couldn't fit me in didn't have openings to see me. There is a place to put a picture but I won't the wound looks too bad.
