She is super warm, engaging, friendly, yet professional and made me feel right at home. Her little room is so beautiful, inviting, and relaxing. Jesseca knows her stuff! She examined my skin and it's condition and then talked to me about a maintenance plan. She was not pushy and came off as being very helpful and wanting to work with me within my budget and skin care needs - refreshing! She explained what she was using, why, and how it would help. Her bedside manner was truly the best I have experienced (besides my sis who is an esthetician but lives in another state). She was technical and relaxing all at the same time. She gave the best arm and hand massage ever. I can tell she loves her job and could feel the love pouring out as she massaged and took care of my facial. Hard to describe but if you have ever had a "clinical" facial or a facial with someone who just isn't that into it - you can definitely feel the difference. I get facials to help slow the aging process but also for relaxation and Jesseca hit both of those areas exactly perfect! She even offered fuzzy warm socks to keep my feet warm. The bed was super comfortable and cozy too. Jesseca's pricing is reasonable, which is one of the biggest factors for me. I don't have a ton of discretionary money so I want value for services and you definitely get it here. Jesseca even told me about a special package she was offering, which I ended up purchasing as it was a good value. I can't wait to go back and continue with routine care. She carries Image products which feel amazing to the skin. Online booking was ridiculously easy with nice reminders leading up the appointment. Easy parking, easy to find, right off I-5 for those who may want to travel to Tumwater. Lots of services offered at different price points. If you have shopped around, you know her prices are reasonable. This is not a "super spa" with a glitzy glamorous ambiance and ridiculous prices to match - this is a simple little spa that is clean and warm and perfect for those looking to take care of yourself, either splurging or on a budget. There is nothing small town about her services, though. She is excellent at what she does. So happy I found Jesseca. I will be back and plan on being a loyal customer from here forward. I am looking forward to trying her airbrush tan services prior to a vacation in March. Yelp for the win, again!

I was greeted by this very quirky, sweet, friendly gal - Jesseca. She made me feel comfortable right away, gave me a tour of the place and then ran through the ropes. Upstairs was her space, it's very small, but it was private and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable - I was surprised because Ive had probably a dozen but she taught me new stuff which was great. The spray tan itself is phenomenal. Smells fresh, and unlike every other spray tan I've ever had, it was not sticky! I immediately saw color too which was nice. I am looking forward to see how well it swears in the Las Vegas heat for the next few days. She definitely has my business and I am looking forward to recommending her to friends and family.

After going on yelp, I seen many great reviews for the salon so I decided to give it a shot. I did confirm at the beginning of the appointment that the stylist was comfortable with this coloring style. Towards the middle of the bleaching ,I did question why we were not using foils, considering the appointment booking was for a full foil, she bleached the hair and put it to develop in one bundle.. When it came to the black on top, she stated she was using a 10 minute Express color. After coloring and processing, we went to the sink and proceeded to wash the color out. I understand that it is best to use cold water to prevent bleeding. I did not have a problem with that, but the continued use of freezing cold water to where we had to stop and take breaks because of the migraine the water was causing was extreme. She proceeded to wash the color, bleach and toners out. We washed with shampoo once and conditioner once. Normally, I have multiple passes of the shampoo and conditioner to ensure everything is washed out efficiently. One of my favorite parts of going to a salon and getting my hair done is the relaxing scalp massage. At which I did not receive. I could have overlooked the pain from the extreme cold water if I would've received any sort of relaxing hair washing, scalp massage. Doing my hair has always taken quite a long time so at this point, I was tired and ready to leave. After blow drying, and straightening there were also issues with the Wi-Fi so it took quite a while for me to pay. I was exhausted and ready to go so I did not put too much thought into the pricing of the appointment.. after a week had passed, and after two hair washing, I discovered the black has completely faded back to the original color. I walked into the salon with which is a dark auburn . Additionally, with the roots not being touched in the fading of the black hair, I contacted the salon . After two tries, I was finally told to call back on Monday to speak with the manager. We spoke and she stated she needs to speak with her stylist and she will get back to me. . It took a week for her to contact me back and leave a message stating the pricing is accurate that they should have charge me more for a color correction instead of a foil and color touchup. Also, she added since there has been so much time that had passed. There's nothing they could do about it.. I was not offered to come in and fix the color by a different stylist that was not offered a partial return. This is very disappointing. This is the most I've paid for my hair in over five years and I expected the price to match the service which it did not. The pictures you see are one.     Aleyna had been cutting my hair for over a year until my last appointment with her. She cut the…read moresides of my hair with clippers without asking, which leave a very different result than when cutting with scissors. The grow out process has been horrific and after six weeks it still is. I have found a new stylist, and she concurs the hair cut was not a good one. I responded to Aleyna's automated email asking how my appointment had been - she didn't have the courtesy to respond but went ahead and canceled my next appointment. I later spoke with Lisa who basically let me know she really didn't care.

They are always timely with getting my order to me upon arriving at the store. They have some brands exclusively at Sephora that some of the other beauty stores don't offer which I appreciate. I love that they offer a rewards program as well. The employees here are always very nice and prompt with assisting you. I've had the hydrafacial lip perk service done here before too which was quick and an overall good experience. The girl who performed the treatment was great about explaining everything to me which I appreciate as it was my first time having the service done. What's your preference what? What the hell so OK 15 minutes later love the person walks up. OK so today I go in there unfortunately the same place because there's not another one for another 25 miles which I'm not willing to travel that far to return the product all of the liquid blush that didn't work out cause it was too not me. I'm never going back there again even if I return the product and the girl up at the front counter to check out I didn't know who she was talking to and I told us well. Maybe you should be a little bit more explicit to who you're talking to and she was like can't I guess I'm like yeah I'm sure I would think I would cause I was mad by this time. I'm not going back there ever again ever ever. I don't care how close you are not close enough for me to go back.
