I would never recommend them, not to mention the nurse Ally is cold, impersonal , doesn't like to share the information on what she is doing and seriously does not care. I've had fillers and injections 5 times other places. Ally was so painful when injecting and I have a high pain tolerance...it was awful! She had to hit a nerve on my forehead and her comment was, "girl, you think that's bad, wait til we do your lips". I was really looking forward to my botox appointment with Ally after a bad experience somewhere else 7 months prior. I went there because of stellar reviews on FB. The staff is nice and ambiance welcoming. However, my experience there was less than ideal. The concerns I had before seemed to be amplified by the new injections and there were additional problems that popped up where I didn't have any before (weird wrinkling in spots, arched eyebrow on one side, lump in between eyes that lasted a while (forgot to mention that one). When I brought these up at the two week follow up, she said that she could fix that by adding some more botox at no charge. I really did appreciate it but decided against it as I couldn't fathom bruising like that again. I will let it wear off and see if I want to proceed somewhere else. Gentle reminder to always do your research, follow up after appointment and get a consult...as I did, but still. Though I am indifferent in my recommendation of her, I personally won't be returning. Came here for laser hair removal, and was presented with different options for treatment plan (x amount of sessions for x amount of $, the more sessions the greater the discount). If you buy 6 sessions up front, you get the added benefit of free touch ups for a year thereafter. I'd done some internet research and learned that since I'm a redhead, it was unpredictable how/whether laser hair removal was going to work for me. When I discussed this with my technician (aesthetician? I don't remember her title) she said that I could start with 3, and decide after that whether to sign up for the next 3 sessions and get the 6 session deal. I decided to do that, but after the third session I was told that they were no longer offering the 6 session deal at all- but since my choice had been predicated off that offer they'd have "Karen" (the manger? Owner?) call me to discuss it. Never got a call from Karen, and cancelled all further appointments. Would have left one star for the business, but gave another because the tech who helped me was very sweet and nice to work with. read more

Made an appointment to receive Juvederm, but staff recommended more expensive Sculptura. Injections resulted in granulomas! The staff DID NOT review my 2+ year old medical records with me or discuss potential side-effects with me. The follow-up support from Omni Staff is extremely poor with unpleasant exchanges. Be realistic with aesthetic procedures, most take time and consistency to yield the results you're after - there is no magic serum that will fix all immediately. So go into a procedure understanding you'll likely want to go back again afterwards at some point for maintenance and further work to reach your goals. Educate yourself on the procedures and understand the risks. You're an adult, you should be doing this anyways with any medical procedure happening to you - to whine because you weren't spoon fed every excruciating detail prior to an elective procedure is childish and an unreasonable expectation to place on a provider. To complain about staff being "cold" to you while simultaneously hundreds of patients rave otherwise... well, that might make you wonder if perhaps you're not such a friendly person to deal with in the first place. read more

I recently had the plasma pen treatment around my eyes and the new Vivace RF microneedling for full face and neck done by Karen. I'm obsessed! So far I have amazing results and they are just going to get better! I have been worried about my crows feet and loss of elasticity around my jawline. I made an appointment for a Diamond Facial. After the facial I made an appointment for botox for my forehead. When I went into Omni for the botox I said I would like my forehead treated. I asked what side effects can happen? I was told dont worry. That doesn't happen. Well a few days after botox my eyelids drooped down to the point I had no bottom lid showing. Not only awful looking but hard to open eyelids. Takes effort. It feels and looks horrible. I called Omni and they said I would get a free consultation on how to fix what they did but then would pay to have it fixed. I asked again to be sure that this is their policy. I paid $380 for my forehead area to look better. Now they want to charge me more money? This should be fixed free of charge. I would not recommend Omni. I barely had forehead lines. Now I look ridiculous walking around with sagging eyelids. Just awful. They do not take care of their Patients. All about money. read more

I gave this business several chances but each visit was a bigger disappointment. The final straw was when I went in for microneedling. They say its a non invasive treatment and it should heal in about 5 days. I had severe blistering and severe acne sores on my face for a month. I went into the office to talk to them once I was brave enough to leave my house. The office manager Karen was cold as ice. EXTREMELY RUDE, COMPLETELY UNCOMPASSIONATE, and unprofessional. Possibly one of the rudest people I have ever met. I asked to talk to the owner Dr. Lauren who came in and was slightly concerned and somewhat cordial. When they found out I wasn't asking for a refund and just wanted to cancel my future microneedling appointment they completely changed their demeanor. Karen went from being the full on devil to the "sweet" fake girl. I also have to say that Ally does a poor job at explaining what to expect, what she is doing, and what will happen as she is doing the procedures. I had my whole face go numb on the left side during one of the procedures which really scared me. The communication is horrible there. Not only during the procedures but with the appointments as well. No reminder texts or calls. I did get charged $100.00 for missing my last appointment which was scheduled months in advanced. Went and had my facial last week! OHHHH MMMYYY! It was WONDERFUL...! Everything smelled sooo good while Karen was working her MAGIC... it was just such a soothing and comforting experience!!! I was "nervous" because the thought of someone being that close to your face, bright light, magnification - ecckkk, she can see ALL my imperfections UP CLOSE!!!! Karen NEVER makes you feel uncomfortable, she just smiles and always has that smooth music going, asks you what YOU would like to see with your skin/face- then talks you through suggestions to help you achieve it! Alright, so I've had a couple visits here and my experience was just okay. The main issues I had were with their professionalism. The first visit was prior to being vaccinated and I was a bit dismayed to see they were not taking covid very seriously. I had called to ask about safety prior and they assured me they do take it seriously, but then they had maskless people in the lobby and told me that was just how it had to be since those people were unable to wear a mask due to a procedure. However, they have a back exit and they could have directed patients through the building uni-directionally or had me wait outside. I also had call after call about a promotion I had already inquired about and booked an appointment for. That was annoying. Read my chart, call lady! Stop calling me! I already signed up for an appointment! Next visit for the promotional thing I did, they had changed things to do just what I described about waiting outside. However, even though I had called to let them know I was waiting outside, they forgot I was out there and finally I called after twenty minutes and they apologized for forgetting me. That visit was strange because while I had requested to do IPL and Botox, they forgot that you have to do IPL first and tried to have the Botox lady come in first. I had to correct them and they agreed that it should be the other way around, but if I hadn't, I wonder what they would have done. I also heard them say the two clinic owners are anti-vaccination and honestly, no thanks. That's just silly and I won't be back. read more
