I booked online and found his availability, and made an appointment. When I arrived, the salon was empty, and he greeted me and offered to take my coat. Jonathan is very polite and remains professional the whole time he's doing my hair and he asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I told him I needed a real trim, I had dead ends and I was okay if I lost length. He cut it so well, I kept telling him how much I was loving it while my hair was still wet lol. Seriously, he was thoroughly checking to make sure he cut all of my hair evenly. I have an appointment with him for my 5 year old coming up. I hope this finds the Holmdel Ulta team well, I appreciate Jonathan.

, I came into the store to pick up an in-store order containing shampoo and conditioner…read more Unfortunately, I had another negative interaction with the general manager, whom I believe is named HEATHER and has short brown hair. I was informed that the store could not fulfill part of my order. I explained that I had already placed the order and wanted to work with the manager to find a reasonable solution. Rather than assisting me with resolving the issue, the manager left the situation and contacted the police. During the interaction, I was also accused of throwing shampoo bottles at employees. I strongly dispute this accusation and did not throw anything at anyone. I specifically requested that the store review its security footage to verify what actually occurred. I was extremely uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled. I believe customers should be treated respectfully and given an opportunity to resolve issues regarding their purchases without being subjected to accusations that they dispute or being made to feel unwelcome in the store. This experience was particularly concerning because I had previously expressed concerns about an interaction with the same general manager. Unfortunately, this most recent incident left me feeling that my concerns had not been addressed. I respectfully ask that corporate management review this incident, including any available security footage, and evaluate how the situation was handled. I believe this matter deserves appropriate attention and follow-up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure that future customers are treated professionally and respectfully.

What I didn't expect was how much the thought of losing my eyebrows would affect me. They frame your face. They make you look like you. I decided to get my eyebrows microbladed before starting treatment, and it was one of the most empowering decisions I've made in this process. The results are incredibly natural -- not overdone, not harsh, just a soft, realistic shape that looks like my own brows on a good day. Amy took the time to understand what I wanted, mapped everything carefully, and made sure the color matched perfectly. The precision and artistry were obvious. More than anything, this wasn't about vanity. It was about identity. It was about looking in the mirror during a hard season and still recognizing myself. If you're facing hair loss for any reason and considering microblading, I can honestly say it's worth it. In a season where so much feels uncertain, this gave me back a sense of normalcy -- and that matters more than I can put into words.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fares Samra. From the very first consultation to my…read morerecovery at home, every single moment of this experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. If you are considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who genuinely treats you like a person -- not just a patient -- look no further. What immediately set Dr. Samra apart was how deeply he listened. He took the time to truly understand my goals, my concerns, and my lifestyle before ever discussing surgical options. He understood that this was an emotional decision rooted in wanting to restore my confidence -- not just a cosmetic one -- and he honored that with the utmost sensitivity and respect. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was on a conveyor belt. Instead, he walked me through every detail of the planning process -- implant sizing, profile, placement -- making sure that every decision was collaborative and tailored specifically to my body and my vision. He never pushed a single option; he educated me so that I felt empowered to make the right choice for me. That level of patient-centered care is incredibly rare and made all the difference. In the weeks leading up to my procedure, Dr. Samra maintained consistent, thoughtful follow-up. He checked in regularly to make sure I had no lingering questions, that my pre-operative instructions were clear, and that my anxiety -- which was very real -- was addressed with compassion and reassurance. He never made me feel like a bother for reaching out. Every question was answered thoroughly, every concern was met with patience. By the time my surgery date arrived, I felt completely prepared and genuinely calm -- which, for someone as nervous as I was, is truly a testament to his care. Walking into the operating room, I felt at ease -- and that is 100% a reflection of Dr. Samra and his incredible team. The entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive. His presence alone is reassuring -- he radiates the kind of quiet confidence you want in a surgeon. The procedure went beautifully, and the results speak for themselves. His precision and artistry are evident; everything is perfectly symmetrical, natural-looking, and exactly what we had discussed; he did not meet expectations, he exceeded them. The man is genuinely gifted. My recovery process has been smoother than I ever imagined, and I credit that entirely to Dr. Samra's meticulous surgical technique and his dedication to post-operative care. But what truly blew me away was what came after the procedure. Dr. Samra has followed up with me every single day -- and I mean that literally. Daily check-ins, personal phone calls to ask how I was feeling, whether my pain was managed, how my swelling was progressing. He didn't hand me off to an assistant or send a generic message -- he called himself, personally, to make sure I was okay. Dr. Fares Samra is the gold standard of what a plastic surgeon should be -- talented beyond measure, detail-oriented to a fault, and genuinely compassionate at every step of the journey. He gave me back something I didn't realize how much I had missed -- my confidence, my comfort in my own skin, and the feeling of being whole again. His results are stunning, his bedside manner is unmatched, and his commitment to his patients does not end when you leave the operating table. If you are trusting someone with something as personal and significant as this, trust Dr. Samra. You will be in the most capable, caring hands imaginable. 10 out of 10.
