Sales person subbed a different unit by another company I didn't want. disappointed it needing the equipment, I ordered. A quick online check after showed the unit was in fact not discontinued by the company and was in fact commonly available. So I called back cancel my order, and was told they were charging a 3% restocking fee for the order that hadn't even been started. It had been less than 5 minutes . hHe put me on hold only to suddenly "discover they had a warehouse full of the units" that I wanted, that somehow "no one had informed him of" What a crock. I did receive that order and I'm happy with my purchase. However when I called back a short time later to order the oxygen patient starter kit, I was made to wait an hour before that same person would take my order. Then a few days later I checked and he did not even place the order. Prices are reasonable here, but personally I hate being lied to, and then to have him "fake" taking my supplies order, well I'll take my business elsewhere. There's plenty of other online medical supplies stores . Pick one that doesn't lie to you or treat you with disrespect.

I am already very sick and dealing with enough. I don't need the pharmacist to abruptly pull the phone out of the techs hand because he could not pronounce or tell me what medicine I received a text about and then have her assume I'm talking about a completely different medication with such nastiness and aggression. I only have 2 meds that I get at this particular pharmacy and my doctor made an error twice now, and sent my injections to them instead of CVS. I asked the pharmacist, who did not introduce herself as the pharmacist or her name,(they never do) to please cancel my injections because they must go to cvs for insurance purposes. She was so loud, and aggressive. She began yelling over me when I did not raise my voice and then went on to threaten me ( this was the 2nd time), that if I'm going to get my meds from cvs that I can get the rest of my meds from CVS too, and she will cancel out all my prescriptions and "CVS can deal with getting prior authorizations and filling your meds". I told her that was not what I was asking. I simply need them to cancel the injections and I'll have my doctor send it to CVS. She threatened me again, and said she was " too busy for this bullshit" and slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I called back and was extremely upset and asked to speak to a pharmacist, it was her, and she said I am the pharmacist you just spoke to. I was in shock. How could a health care professional speak to sick patients just trying to get their medicine like this. I told her that I am a PA for many years and would never dare speak to a patient in this manner. Her response was "I don't give a shit that you're a PA, that means nothing to me". Click!

Also, they have a fitting room, my mom spent almost two hours and got herself about 15 pieces of scrubs.
