So in addition to just having everything, they are amazingly courteous and warm to their customers. The owners /clerks excitedly welcome you into the store but don't harass you, follow you around or imply you aren't an asset to their business In fact, they make small talk with you and even squirt lotion into my hands after our business transaction is concluded every time I've been in there as if I just got a manicure or something I have been in beauty supply stores all over this country...some things are consistent. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and I really like her personality and presence. She has a very positive vibe. I completed the questionnaire then we started the session. I think it took maybe 15-20 mins, I really didn't track the time. The treatment was a bit uncomfortable but not as painful as I have experienced in the past. After the treatment I went home washed my face with CeraVe hydrating cleanser and applied Babo sensitive skin cream, and the treatment area did sting and was a bit painful. The treatment area definitely looks worse the second day but it begins to improve day three. I am hopeful the results will be what I wanted. I would definitely use laser now again very professional and welcoming environment.

I let them grow for about 2…read moremonths since getting them done at a Benefit brow bar at another ulta (which I loved) and feel like they were butchered here. my two brows don't look symmetrical anymore, the tail of one was completely waxed off making one eyebrow short and the other one longer. I asked to keep my brows as is but just clean up and instead I came out with super thin eyebrows. I didn't realize any of this until just now because she did a great job at filling them in, but I don't normally have to fill them in so they look good. So mad considering they charge $21 for this plus a $5 tip. I paid to have my brows messed up practically. At my local ulta they brow map and shape your brows before they wax, but instead this girl went straight in. So upset.
