This Walgreens was the only spot open. So I was pleasantly surprised to see its transformation as a Kroger pick-up spot, which means it now has a modest produce section as well. It's also bright and clean. It looks like the rest of the store has undergone a makeover as well. The staff wore masks, and there was signage urging people who are unvaccinated to wear masks too. I wish everyone still had to wear masks, but oh well. About half of the customers I saw wore masks. My opinion of this Walgreens has definitely improved. I bet I will be stopping in again soon when I'm back in town to visit family.

She was very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations on a skin care routine. I know some people have complained of how long they book out, or how they may keep you waiting in the room, but unfortunately that's just how it is, especially with dermatology since everybody is trying to get in with them. Some dermatologists you have to wait at least 6 months to get in. Dermatology associated of NKY was well worth the wait! I now live 40 min away but will still be making the drive to them!

After completing all six sessions, I have maybe 30% reduction at best -- a little light thinning on the sides of my legs, but no noticeable results overall. I left an honest Google review explaining my experience. The business publicly responded asking me to reach out so we could "work toward a solution." I did exactly that -- I emailed them politely and respectfully, hoping to resolve things privately. Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. They promise results they don't deliver, and once you express any concern, they completely turn their back on you!

I was hesitant at first, but Rachael did a fantastic job explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I also trusted how she was never afraid to tell me that she wouldn't do certain things or didn't recommend something for me. I said I wanted to look natural but freshened up a bit, and she did an AMAZING job!! My makeup artist did a trial with me before I had any work done and then saw me after and was so impressed with her work! I also have suffered from chronic headaches due to TMJ. I mentioned this at my first appointment, and we started doing Botox on my jaw and shoulders...I cannot even begin to describe the relief I felt from this! I no longer had headaches, which made me feel more relaxed in everyday life. I cannot recommend trying this if you suffer from TMJ...I tried facial yoga, retainers, etc., and this is the only thing that has really made a difference! Another thing to note is how much fun these girls are to hang out with! They make the experience feel personal and really take the time to get to know you. They never rushed through my appointments and made sure I felt comfortable with everything, which I really appreciated as a first-timer!
