Valeka is absolutely remarkable. She's sweet, funny and incredibly good at what she does. And that's not just because she's my friend. She's so good, in fact, that I'm willing to drive 50 mins one way to have her do my hair. I wouldn't dare let anyone else touch my hair, lol. All I have to do is tell her what I want my hair to look like and she'll research it. Or give her a picture and she'll ask you questions to tailor the hair to your perfect desires. She's also over all knowledgeable about beauty products and such. I needed a Red lipstick and she was able to recommend one to me that all the Ulta girls wear! And I loved it! Since they told me that it is safe to put all around the eyes, I've been using it under the eyebrows down to the crease. I'm careful about what I put on my eyelids, so I'm not sure about using it there. If you don't have very dry skin, it might be too much moisturizer, but it is great for dry skin.
