We were called at 12:20pm and told they had double-booked themselves, and asked us to come at 1:30pm instead. We accommodated them & changed our plans to arrive at 1:30pm as requested. They actually called once again at 1:10pm to request we show up "Right Now". We were unable to get their sooner now, so she told us to come at 1:30pm. We showed up at 1:33pm. Instead of honoring our appointments, we were treated like walk-ins and waited while 3 other customers were taken ahead of us. At 2:15pm, only one of my two children had gotten into a chair. I can also add we watched another barber finish a cut then sit on his phone in the corner while he waited for a late client with an appointment. The woman working the front desk also extremely rude and unprofessional. Her communication with customers was disrespectful, and her overall presentation--walking around the shop in stretch pants and a faja with crop top hoodie and her hood up--was not what I would expect from someone representing a business and interacting with customers. She continued to make our wait uncomfortable as she talked trash about me in Spanish to another barber & to someone on the phone. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the hour-and-a-half wait with an appointment and the attitude we received made this experience unacceptable.
