They requested another $50 for the new appointment. I showed up on time, and they placed me in an exam room. I waited 70 minutes and never saw the Doctor. It was silent, as if they all went out to lunch. I just left, since I have a job and that's a long time to wait for a 3 minute Botox appointment. Now they just made an easy $100 for doing nothing, and I lost another $400 for missing a half day of work. Honestly, if they're that unprofessional I really don't trust them to do anything to my face.

I call this the "Kohl's effect." We have a bunch of their pump soaps and got the decorative soap holders for a few of the bathrooms. When we came in to inquire about rusting on our granite counters from their $12.95 holders the two ladies we spoke to seems to not be surprised. I assume this is an ongoing issue. One of the ladies went to ask the manager and I was told I had two options. 1.) Bring in the item with the receipt for a full credit. I don't save all my receipts; it would require a records keeping room. 2.) Bring in the item and IF they have the EXACT same one they would exchange it. Otherwise I should just discard it. Wow, thanks for standing behind your products and with that I didn't take out my wallet and walked out of the store.

She taught me to understand how my skin worked, and how to accentuate my skin without looking made up. When she told me she was leaving Nashua, I was heartbroken. So much more personable, the staff is amazing and I like the fact that not everybody is young and inexperienced. The products are great, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helping you out and learning more about your skin while using their products. Everybody should frequent the Salem store. If they are in New Hampshire, that is the place to go. Nashua, take note. Harassing your clients by calling them all the time to tell them about new products? Not cool. Not cool.
