What impresses me most about Ana is her leadership and extraordinary awareness of everything happening in the store. She can be helping a client while simultaneously making sure another customer is being assisted, supporting her team, helping at checkout, locating products, and remaining attentive to the overall operation of the store. She is everywhere, always working, and no task ever seems beneath her. I have also seen her handle difficult situations, and she consistently does so with professionalism, composure, kindness, and a smile. That leadership is reflected in the team around her.
