Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 60/100:…read more Even though I was in Miami for the weekend, and thought I took everything that I needed with me, I still had to stop and visit a Sally store! Sally hair and skin supplies is a decent place to find good products at a fair (or their regular retail price) Everything you need for your hair. From the professional and most popular hair car products to those products why wonder where the heck did they come from and who would design their labels in such a scary, but creative way. Lol Best of all is their return policy... Don't like it? Return it! Preferably bring your receipt though. However, if you don't have their receipt (let's be honest, some people just don't like and/or agree with my OCD tendencies, pray that you have their discount and/or rewards card. Don't have it? Well, that's on you and you're asking for too much, BUT, make sure you get one next time. Believe me you won't regret it. Those cards will get you rocking discounts only card holders get! ALWAYS. Last, bit not least... have any doubts about how to use a product, how it works? Just ask the staff. I have never been to a Sally store where the staff was not eager and ready to answer any questions. This one was not the exception.

I basically threw $50 (and $10 tip) out the window for a gel mani and regular pedi. I came here after a friend recommended this salon, and soon regretted it. From the moment I walked in, I got the feeling I was in the wrong place, the air was thick with hairspray it actually made it hard to breathe, the staff were like chicken with their heads cut off, it was the opposite of a peaceful experience. I got to my 3:00Pm appointment on time, and had to wait 15 minutes for my nail tech to get set up. For the most part after she started she was quick.. a little too quick. Like she just wanted to finish and get it over with. The manicure turned out decent but the pedicure was a disaster and unfortunately I only noticed so after I had arrived back at home. It seems that when she put my shoes back on after the pedicure, she dragged one of my toes on my sandal. (From the pictures you can tell, it was an error on her part since the paint is in the middle of my sandal, something I couldn't have possibly done since she's the one who put on the shoe, it's not like my toes rubbed up against each other or I ruined them in the car or anything). I was shocked at her lack of detail, and the fact that she didn't say anything. For the same price, I'll stick with my regular spot at Glamour Nails, where at least they have an accommodating peaceful salon, with an eye for the little things and respect for their client. P.S there was a little girl getting her nails done next to me, and once she was finished she noticed her fresh gel manicure was lifting on one of her nails, and they left it like that! They even had the audacity to tell her it was part of the design with no attempt to try and fix or redo for her. Wow! Terrible service and NO respect for their clients, money hungry. Lying to a little girl, shake my head. I will never return and never recommend. P.P.S A lot of the women I saw getting their hair done left with jacked up layering and poorly done highlights.
