I have been coming here for quite a while, since it's the only Ulta near me, and it's not like…read morethere are many of them in Cincy area anyways. While in general the store is OK, it is not the nicest Ulta I know and it is somewhat quiet, which is both good and bad, depending how you look at it. My biggest complaint is that they are not stocked well and many things I come for are not there. For this reason, I switched to buying things online much more often, as they have a lot of freebies and gifts with purchase on-line that are not offered in store. They often change the layout on this store and where things are at, but it is not intuitive, so I need to spend a lot of time searching for what I need or finding someone to help me. At times, the shop seems very messy and untidy. On my last visit the loud buzzing alarm was on all the time in the perfume section in the middle of the store, which will prevent me from coming for a while. I also wanted to get a Living Proof dry shampoo and found that majority of the bottles were missing the caps. I was told that they are lost in cardboxes, but some of the bottles were clearly used, with white residue around the neck. While it might not be their fault that people come and use something, why would I buy a $24 shampoo that is missing the cap and shows signs of usage. I think this location should get it together and try a bit harder.

I tried getting the attention of three different associates, but all three looked at me and then physically turned away. I saw all each of them at some point physically walk up to someone and help. I was in the store for almost 30 minutes until an associate who was giving what I assumed was a potential new hire, a tour of the store, asked me if I needed help finding anything, but even that was after they had passed me three or four times. I ended up putting back most of the higher in brands and just got the "drugstore" brands because I still needed makeup, but I couldn't justify spending that much at this location after this experience. I felt so overlooked/ ignored. It was very disheartening. Please save your money and go to a different store. It's not worth it. 0/10 would not recommend

The issue is, when we got there, Walgreens was not open. We got her 10 minutes before opening. It was freezing as it was 40 and we were feeling it even with our coats. We combed through the aisles and found the items we needed. After paying we quickly went on our way but got a Lyft back to the hotel. Again the guy let us stay in the store until Lyft picked us up.

The shower fizzies, bath bombs and soaps are fun and fragrant. They do have parties you can arrange to make soaps or bath bombs. Sounds like fun and I want to try that!
