My biggest complaint is that they are not stocked well and many things I come for are not there. For this reason, I switched to buying things online much more often, as they have a lot of freebies and gifts with purchase on-line that are not offered in store. They often change the layout on this store and where things are at, but it is not intuitive, so I need to spend a lot of time searching for what I need or finding someone to help me. At times, the shop seems very messy and untidy. On my last visit the loud buzzing alarm was on all the time in the perfume section in the middle of the store, which will prevent me from coming for a while. I also wanted to get a Living Proof dry shampoo and found that majority of the bottles were missing the caps. I was told that they are lost in cardboxes, but some of the bottles were clearly used, with white residue around the neck. While it might not be their fault that people come and use something, why would I buy a $24 shampoo that is missing the cap and shows signs of usage. I think this location should get it together and try a bit harder.
