I love that it isn't inside the mall so it makes it less overstimulating. The store itself is HUGE and very clean. They have so much variety in this Sephora I was surprised at the different brands featured like Patrick Ta and Kilian Paris Love. This was our first stop in this specific Ulta and I was impressed. The store is larger then any of…read morethe ones by our house so they have a lot more. The store was clean and well-stocked. There were a handful of workers around. My daughter was able to easily find Bubble Skincare like she was looking for by the way the store is layout and labeled. She needed help matching her foundation. We asked a lady and she sent someone over to a brand she thought might be good for her. It took a few minutes for help to arrive, but I believe she was helping someone else. Once she was with us, she was attentive and really worked at finding the right shade. We ended up with a similar brand to the first since the first brand left my daughter looking orange. I'd definitely take the 20 minute drive down to come to this Ulta again.

Maybe it would've been better as a full fledge Sephora location... After shopping here at least half a dozen times, over 80% of the time they never have what I am looking for. They "just ran out" or something to that effect. Unfortunately, I usually run in here because I need something immediately. So, this location is not very useful to me. But, if you are wanting someone to be attentive to your needs, shopping at this location versus Kenwood is preferable. Almost always the workers try to help you, though most aren't super knowledgeable if you are looking for something specific. Bonus: there are special discounts offered every once in a while at this location because of being in Kohl's. If you are someone that doesn't like the lighting and how cramped the Kenwood Sephora feels, and you really need someone to take the time to help you... this location is for you. If you are like me...just suffer and go to the Kenwood location, if you have the time.

I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look.
