I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes after calling several times to wait and be hung up on until I finally got ahold of someone in the front who had to walk to the back and tell them to answer the phone, to be told it would be atleast an hour and a half for a single prescription. (They'll be closed in an hour and a half btw). This pharmacy has gone to shit with the new pharmacy manager and it has become a LITERAL joke among doctors' offices and other pharmacies, who make fun of how awful they are. Do better Walgreens, care about your patients.

I had a really awful experience at this store. I came in to purchase extensions, and before I…read morebought them I specifically asked what the return policy was. The employee told me in order to return the extensions "they must be in good condition" in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn't return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. "Unopened" and in "good condition" are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn't open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!
