After selecting gifts totaling around $50, I was surprised to learn that you do not offer gift wrapping. When I asked for tissue paper, I was shocked to learn that I could only have a SINGLE sheet OF TISSUE PAPER. I left your store too embarrassed to give your candles to anyone, much less my mother in law on Mother's Day. (Btw it's not like the sales clerk was too busy to wrap anything... I was one of 2 people in the store. It seemed the issue was a lack of supplies.) Don't you want your customers to proudly present a gift with your company's name on it? May I remind you that at a gift store, it's not unreasonable for customers to expect you to offer gift wrapping. I would have gladly paid extra for gift wrap. Why is this not a service you offer?
