When I went to pay out she questioned the authenticity of my credit card, insinuated that it was a stolen credit card. When I explained it was my husbands and I was buying the shoes to surprise him she rolled her eyes and laughed saying, "ya, ok we'll pretend you're married." I then had to go out to the parking lot have my husband join me just to prove I wasn't a thief! She never apologized! I would discourage anyone from shopping in this store! The products themselves are cheaply made and not worth the complete lack of customer service. I'll NEVER GO BACK!

Of course, the place was partly organized, partly rummaged through by wild kids and frustrated adults. The worst part was the wait for the dressing room. The back dressing room area which is much larger was blocked off and closed for some reason. The front two rooms were occupied what seemed for hours by other customers. Piles of clothes were left behind in the room I went inside. Check your merch thoroughly before purchasing. I saw issues with one item that caught my eyes. The cashier was a very sweet young lady. The infamous chain retail store in a plaza on the other side of the North Plains Mall near Ulta and Marshalls.
