The weather was nice, and I wanted to eat somewhere outside. As I was driving by, I saw Salem's and decided to try them out. I'm glad I did. The staff was very nice. Amberly assisted me and was very helpful. She answered all my questions. I couldn't decide if I wanted wings or fish. I decided on the basa. I did two pieces (one friend and one grilled). I ate the grilled for lunch. It was delicious. It was very light tasting and seasoned well. I'll have the fried for dinner. I'm picky about my okra. They cooked it perfectly and seasoned it well too. I'm a Mississippi Southern girl. We love our sweet tea with lemons. They had both. The sweet tea was good too. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of the price. It's advertised as 2 pieces for $12.99, but it's not. I asked her to ring it up a different way according to the menu sheet. I don't mind paying extra for the okra, but you shouldn't advertise two piece fish for $12.99 when it's almost $19.99 instead for two pieces of fish. Other than the price difference, everything was great. I do recommend and will be back. read more

Particularly enjoyed the fried shrimp. They appear to be available as a 10 piece meal or as an à la carte 15 piece. I really wished that the 15 piece was also part of a meal. They serve REAL fries, not those extruded fakes that are making their way into restaurants everywhere. The service was a little slow due to the fact that everything is fresh made to order, a good trade off imo. The restaurant was clean as a whistle with a seafood theme. The staff friendly. Oh, and by the way, the shakes are hand dipped and BOGO. Take a friend! read more

What can I say me and my family are hooked with a capital C. We come here at least twice a month especially since they opened next to Walmart. And since my fiancé doesn't do milk shakes but me my mom and my two daughters do that bogo on the shakes is amazing. There is nothing on the menu I don't love and I mean nothing. I will always come to Salem for the fish, shrimp and fries. Always delicious, hot and fresh! Food is cooked to order I believe so the service may take a little longer, but it is worth the wait. The restaurant is always clean. read more

We went back to Salem's for dinner this evening. The inside was pretty crowder so we tried the drive-thru. While the line extended almost around the building they processed the orders fairly quickly. Pro tip: there were plenty of open parking spots behind the restaurant which allow you to leave without fighting the drive-thru line. While waiting we noticed they have additional seating outdoors next to the building. We ordered the same thing as last time -- two gyros, one original with lettuce only and one grilled chicken, both with sodas. Our order was repeated back to us for accuracy so we pulled forward. When we pulled forward we received one small soda and one medium even though we didn't specify size when ordering. The medium cost an extra 75¢ which isn't a deal breaker but it was odd to receive two different sizes. We also noticed the receipt said we orders two grilled gyros which made us wonder what we'd be surprised with in the bag. We got home and, well, they were close. The grilled chicken gyro was correct but the original with lettuce only was missing the lettuce but had onion and tomato. After repeating the order correctly it was disappointing they still got it wrong. That dinged the review a star. read more

Pretty clean establishment since it's pretty new but the service has been 10/10 always. We love the jalapeño poppers and the shrimp bowl.

I know that when you first open a restaurant there's a lot of logistics to perfect. And while the staff was a bit lackadaisical (young girls not paying attention to guests acting like it's more of a good time lol) , the food came out swiftly and as ordered. The food was very good quality. The gyro was very filling of meat not much tzakiki sauce but that was fine. Pita was fresh, it really was the side of black beans and rice that stole the show. We had enough left that I brought it home, added some spicy Italian sausage and peppers and called it another meal. We will definitely give it another try! read more

So I did this order through UberEats. Ordered the combo 10 shrimp 1 piece of fish, extra 10 piece shrimp and red beans and rice. (This was dinner for 2) What i received was the combo 10 shrimp 1 piece of fish and a piece of cheese cake. (Best part of the cheese cake was the crust.) So I called Salems, I was told NOT their problem because I ordered from a third party and to contact Uber. Am I incorrect in thinking that Salems put my order together and bagged it without checking the receipt first to make sure the order was correct? (The items on the receipt were correct) The orders are already bagged and sealed when the Uber driver gets there. So, Salems claims NO responsibility for their mistakes. All I wanted was our correct food order, instead I had to accept a $6.00 refund back to my card and a 5.00 credit to Urber account. P.S. the driver was very nice. read more

We are from Vegas and our 1st time eating here. There were a few small issues at first, but the Manager Gio took care of them. Food was good and the service was good. After talking to Gio for a bit, I was surprised that he has been here 22 years. He still has the positive & attentive customer service as if he was new. read more

The fries were hot and fresh, my burger had to be remade because I have a mayonnaise allergy. Once it was remade it was hot, the bun was soft and fresh. In all this was worth the visit. Gracie was friendly and made sure my burger was remade without mayonnaise and made quickly. read more

First time coming to any Salem Fresh Eats since living in Florida for 4 years. I had 5 piece tenders and hubby had basa fish and fries combo. Food is made to order so it came out piping hot. Spoke with Justin to tell him how pleased we were with tge food and the super cleanliness of the restaurant. Bathroom was spit spotless and actually had corners! Keep up the good work. I ordered fish sandwich (Basa) and Gyro. I was so glad I ordered Gyro because the fish smelled so much chemicals, I spat it out on my first bite. I am concerned that if they fried other food in the same cooking oil, it can easily cross-contaminate other food. They need to a taste test by the management to be aware of what is being supplied and serve because it might just be a business doom. If I have to come back, it will only be the gyro. If I start to see reasons to question that food too, then I simply go elsewhere. The service was good and the place is relaxing. They need better quality control on their food supply. read more

They need to get it together, need better trained employees that will remember stuff instead of sounding like they're under the influence. As you approach the speaker box the chick with tattoos on her hand doing the drive through didn't say anything. Waited a minute and said hello. She said to give her a minute. Waited another 5 minutes and then she took the order. Waited much longer in line after that. When we get to the window she hands us the food and tells us bye. She forgot the drinks then remembered them, but gave us them with soda all over them, no straws. We ordered mushrooms and reminded her as she tried to dismiss us when getting the drinks. She then went to the cooks and started screaming at them for the fried mushrooms. We get them and the box wasn't full and the mushrooms weren't cooked all the way because they were cold when we bit into them. 6.99 for not a full box of cold fried mushrooms. The parking lot is a nightmare because you have people trying to go through the drive thru from both parking lot entrances and you can't pull out if you're parked if there's a line. read more
