There were massive lines for the other 3 trucks, so we ended up at Jimmy's. I ordered two orders of the fried shrimp. My order was done in less than 10 minutes, which was pretty good for a food truck. The fried shrimp is 6 pieces, and it's $12. For $2 more, you get a generous side of fries. The shrimp was huge and sweet. The french fries were thick and well fried, although they were overly salty. You are offered tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. I asked for just ketchup and received nothing. This is a pretty efficient food truck, and I think the prices are reasonable. The shrimp was good, although the fries were salt bombs. The rest of the menu is very crab-heavy (most items are topped with crab), which might or might not appeal to you (it didn't for my family).

Great crab cake burger!…read more I found this food truck when I had an event at Brew Hub. Since I was going to be there for three hours, I figured I needed to nourish myself with a bit of grub first. I'm glad this was the truck that was there because it was definitely satisfying! I got the crab cake burger and it was delicious. There was a good amount of crab in it and the bun was very sturdy. I added fries on for an additional dollar. The fries were solid, but I find my true test for fries it whether I would eat them without any dipping sauce. It didn't have enough seasoning or flavor so I ended up needing ketchup. They were crispy and nicely fried though. I was surprised that adding fries was only a dollar. That's a pretty awesome deal. The workers were super friendly. Since it was hot outside I placed my order and came back five minutes later to grab the food. I would definitely eat at this food truck again!

I ordered the Krab Rangoon and combo General Tso's Chicken that came with an egg roll. The crab Rangoon was delicious and the general tso's had a good flavor to it. But the two best things, it was all cheaper than where I usually go and it took only 10 minutes to be ready. Amazing! My other place takes a minimum of 30 minutes. But I think I found a new best place.

We were in town and decided to have Chinese food for lunch. Found this place nearby and decided to…read moretry it out. Overall we were sadly disappointed. The gal working the counter seemed uninterested and couldn't even feign a smile. The interior itself was bleak, with faded signage above the counter and a few wooden tables and chairs around the perimeter. But we were not here to make friends with staff or have a romantic dinner, we were here for the food, but still... I ordered the General Tsao chicken and the better half ordered the Sesame Chicken; with an order of pork wontons to split. The food came out hot and fresh, albeit bagged into to-go containers even though we were dining in. The food was not hateful, just average. Albeit both dishes had ample chicken pieces, they were kind of large overall; especially in the Sesame Chicken. My General Tsao had ZERO heat to it (and they advertise it as having heat). It was actually on the sweeter side, like an Orange Chicken would be. We decided to taste test each others dishes and the taste was nearly identical, hmmmmmmmmmm I wonder why. The side of yellow "pork" fried rice that came with the main entrees was palatable, but nothing great with tiny pieces of pork hidden within it and some not fully cooked pieces of onion. The pork fried wontons were actually fairly decent, but the sweet & sour dipping sauce was straight up from a bottle. I usually consume all my Chinese food in one sitting, but since it wasn't very fulfilling I packed up half of it to go. I later ate the other half for dinner, after spicing it up with some red pepper which helped make it pop. I doubt we will ever eat here again, but if we do for some reason I'll update this review of two stars (it could've been better).

They do have some seating inside but I've never seen anyone actually sit down there to eat, for some reason. They have pretty fast service which is definitely a plus. They also have several types of chicken wings you can get that aren't too bad.

They had the usual lineup ready to go... sweet and sour chicken, bourbon chicken, chicken lo mien, Mongolian beef, and fried rice. We were going to get honey chicken but decided to try the sweet and spicy chicken instead... figured we'd switch it up. The sweet and sour chicken had a nice crispy crust and the texture was great... definitely a hit with the kids. I didn't care much for the fried rice though... it was kind of dry, not much seasoning or veggies, and looked more like brown rice than that yellow fried rice we usually see back home. The cream cheese wontons were packed ... like really packed .... with cream cheese. Maybe too much. Would've liked a little crab meat or some chives in there... something to break up the richness. The rest of the food was solid and we all found something to enjoy. The sweet and spicy chicken was the odd man out... I thought it'd be battered chicken in a sticky honey sauce, maybe with peppers. What we got was more like white sliced chicken with onions, bamboo shoots, baby corn, snow peas... in a light white sauce with some pepper flakes. Not what I expected, but it had a unique flavor and a good mix of textures. My in-laws seemed happy with it all... I'm still curious to see what else is on the menu next time. I will say the takeout was well packaged and organized... everything traveled just fine.
