Bar rescue guy suggests: Clean up your menus... mine was dirty and almost left because of; paint up the raw plywood at your bar; put a sign up on street advertising breakfast; on a Sunday morning turn up the lights big time; stop the obnoxious music videos and put on Foxnews or local channel; and number one for crying out loud serve coffee--- it's a huge markup for you. If you don't serve enough to start just get a cheap $50 off brand Keurig machine and you can serve a cup at a time it cost you pennies per serving. You need help :) Accept the suggestions.
