Me and my friend came here to play some arcade games and bowl. The arcade was very fun. Then we wanted to bowl...if I could go back in time I would tell myself "do not bowl here". We pay for an hour, $52 mind you, sit down and put on our shoes and start our game. Soon after, this worker comes up to us and is asking my friend loads of questions like "how old are you?" and "you're good at bowling". Then he leaves and is lurking behind us, watching us play. We obviously feel uncomfortable after he now has come up to us multiple times and bothered us. Not even 30 minutes into our hour that we paid for, we put on our shoes and get ready to leave. As we get up, he comes back and says he can take our shoes from us. He then turns to me and asks to speak to me and says his friend thinks I'm cute. When I tell you we RAN out of that place. I've never felt more uncomfortable, disturbed, and angry while bowling. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PREYED UPON! read more

I recently booked a simulator to celebrate the birthday of my children. It is the 3rd time we have booked this space since Strikers first opened. I have to comment on the state of the simulator space. When we first rented the space the equipment was in fantastic shape. There were multiple arrows for the archery, there were a pistol and long gun per simulator screen and the space was very neat and tidy. When we visited yesterday the screen is ripped/torn, and much of the sports equipment is damaged, broken or just missing. There is only a single long gun for the shooting sports and the gun was not responsive with either screen. The gun is taped and zip tied together and doesn't seem to work. We spent the first 20 minutes trying to find a game that actually worked and would respond to us playing with it. We even had to switch screens from 2 to 1 after another group left. We love having this option to play and enjoy a meal but we won't be back to the simulators until they receive some serious TLC. read more

Think combination arcade, video and game stop, pool hall, bowling alley, great food with a super menu, friendly neighborhood bar, big screen TVs, good music. Staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. First time here today. We hadn't been out in awhile due to health problems. Stopped in for a burger. We were pleasantly surprised. Burgers were hot fresh and presented nicely. Stopped by for lunch today on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! Yes it's a bowling alley, but the food here is better than a lot of restaurants I've visited. Definitely worth a stop. I had the pulled pork nachos and my husband had a burger and fries. The nachos were very tasty and they did not skimp on the amount of pork! My only criticism is that they needed more cheese (they're nachos, after all...I like 'em smothered) but the flavors were great. My husband enjoyed his burger and the fries were crispy and seasoned. Our service was wonderful, too. Fast and friendly and very welcoming. We didn't stay for entertainment this time, but wow what a difference since the remodel! It's SO nice now! The bar area is beautiful and there's a ton of room for seating both around the dining areas and the bar itself. There were about 12 bowling lanes and lots of arcade games, too. Looks like a great spot for a date day/night and fun for kids too. Can't wait to come back for fun! read more

Very happy to have a place like Strikers in Jefferson City. AJ the bar tender was on point. Feel bad for the guy because he seemed to be soloing the whole floor - restaurant, bar, bowling alley, sim booths. Today was my first visit. I took my niece and nephew who were visiting from Texas. We enjoyed what I believe is everything Strikers has to offer. Started in one of the sim bays, ordered some appetizers, went bowling, and played arcade games. Weird that a place like this isn't busier during Sunday Football with the large screens all around and options of family fun. I have a hard time giving 5 stars because the other staff member I interacted with was maybe having an off day - no excitement and below minimal interaction. But hats off to AJ. I will return and looking to change my rating to 5 stars. read more

Waited 20 minutes for acknowledgement from staff after we were seated. Place was not busy at 515 in afternoon. Made eye contact with a server and the bartender, neither made any effort to speak to us. Walked out and chose another establishment at which to spend our money. This was the first time being back since after the tornado had hit and WOW was I impressed. Very nice and clean environment. Plenty of space and does not feel crowded. Lots of tvs and screen projectors. Pool table area was also really nice and then the VR in the back behind them. Loved this place overall. I tried some of the cheese sticks and were delicious and pretty huge. VIP Lanes were awesome and definitely worth getting if you're with a big group, bartender would be back and forth if you needed drinks or anything off the menu. I wasn't too impressed with the manager but she could've been having a busy night nonetheless it did feel at times a little sass coming from the manager. She was busy when I requested a tv channel flipped to a different broadcasting but never did anything about it. Replies were a little off putting. It was late but regardless. read more

If your gonna have vr and simulators you should make sure they work before having a customer pay... the fact that we didn't use a whole hour and you didn't have a disclaimer saying they are not working fully and properly is robbery. You disappointed my visit and ruined my experience along with staff very rude and talking about how a party they were at had the door kicked down by police. Not very kid friendly! We didn't even receive our money back. Which is why the review is 1 star read more

Unfriendly staff, vr set doesn't work and they dont tell you that before hand when purchasing the hour, then when you mention to them that it does not work they say well you paid for it. Let alone the staff talking about a party that had the door kicked in while children were present... not very family friendly if you ask me. read more

Strikers is amazing place to spend your time at!! They have great service and all the workers are so polite. My personal favorite activity that they have to offer is the simulators. They are action packed with tons of different games you can play. Not to mention they also have arcade games and great food! Did I mention the bowling part? Very impressed with this place! I went there for dinner and stayed for the games. Our server was very attentive and friendly. They have a full menu with pizza, burgers, salads and sandwiches. I had the garlic mushroom swiss burger and it was amazing. We bowled and played golf on the simulator, which also had other games to choose from. There is a variety of arcade games throughout the place. This would be a fun place to spend a whole day. read more
