Food is actually decent, staff is isn't friendly at all and it's clear they don't wanna be here. Games are decent, and you need to know that there are 2 game areas. On upstairs and one down stairs. Prize lines are also really long. Expect to wait there for 20+ minutes. Go karts are a cluster and the line is crazy slow and inefficient. Many times they send 4 karts out at once. Expect to wait in line for an hour plus. It's rough. Overall it can be roughy but lines are long and lines are inefficient. read more

When we arrived we entered through what seemed to be the front door on a lower level near the prize counter and the farris wheel. It wasn't clear where we needed to go to get started. I approached the prize counter where a nice young man helped me get the lay of the land and directed us upstairs to get tokens or wristbands. He said everything takes tokens or you could purchase a wristband for the rides to ride multiple times. We headed upstairs where the kids maze was and were told that our youngest wouldn't be able to do the maze because he had a cast on his arm. We did end up spending a few hours playing arcade games but many games were broken or had run out of tickets. We actually had to go get an attendant twice because machines didn't have tickets to give us when we had done well and were earned. When we were finished with our tokens we went down to the prize counter to exchange our tickets. The nice young man who we had first talked to started helping us. While he was in the middle of helping us, another worker come up to him, told him the manager said he needed to bring two boxes of tickets upstairs and that he is not allowed to have an ear bud in while working. Then they both walked away to the storage room without another word to us. There was a third worker who was leaning up against the counter eating a laffy taffy l, once she realized that we were still standing there she apologized and come to help us, then the guy who came down to give the orders from the manager came back and said "oh, I was going to help them". I pointed out that it would have been good to acknowledge that intent instead of not saying anything to us and walking away. Over all, I mean it's an arcade and what was usable was good. It's definitely an okay way to waste the day and some money inside the a/c. read more

Not my cup of tea. Expensive, kinda rude (hurry up or go away, no special request type) and frankly I felt too unwelcome. Keep in mind, I had no bad interactions. Just my overall thoughts, for what they're worth. read more

My kids almost 3 and 5 love this place. The maze gym is a little stressful for the 3 and under crew cuz they could get lost up there but for those old enough to not get lost what a blast. The arcade games were reasonably cost in my opinion. A great spot. read more

2 year olds birthday party held 4/25/26. 5 children with their respective parents + grandparents and friends. Fantastic time. Connie at the snack bar could not have been more helpful! Kids loved the bumper cars, covered wagon ferris wheel, train, and the maze! Reasonably priced and SO MUCH FUN!!! read more

This place definitely has seen better days . This is a " arcade " that is probalt drake's favorite if ya know ya know . But to be real with you the games here definitely dont justice to the prices you pay for these tokens that make your hands smell also who still uses tokens to play games it's 2025 . The staff here definitely arent the best and are definitely on drugs and ya can understand by working at a place like this . They do have " go karts " that smells like rubber and fire . Also the prices here and the tickets ya get for them ain't shi. Overall at least the lake has a " arcade ". Which probably will be a thing in the past in a year . read more

If you don't take your kids here you are a shit parent. I've been going here since I was 6 and I'm 36 now and I can tell you the past 30 years has been great to this place. Getting drunk and doing bumper cars is not drunk driving. read more

What a strange place. Came in with all the fam for birthdays and to keep the kids entertained. The gaming selection is in fact comparable to a Dave & Buster's. But the setup with like games downstairs & upstairs was a bit odd. And the machines have different ticket payouts on the different levels? Idk, just seemed weird. Unfortunately it took an inordinate amount of tix to win anything of note at the prize counter, which was backed up to oblivion. The pizza was oddly good, like even ole Stool Presidente would give this place a high 6. Outside of that it was slim pickings. Would I recommend this place? Uhh, circumstantially it's fine if you're local or close by and wanting to entertain kids relatively cheaply for a while. But it's certainly not a place adults would go of their own accord ala D&B. Would likely not recommend if you're still Covid averse as there was no mask or vax policy and it was *packed*. If that doesn't bother you, no worries. read more

We went yesterday and it was just alright. A lot of games were out if order or didn't work properly. Sometimes it ate your money. Not that many prizes to choose from. Kids had to settle for mostly candy. They need more items worth like 100-300 tickets. The roller coaster it just goes in a circle so that's more for the really young kids. The inside jungle gym area was fun for the younger and little older kids. Teens would be too big. Think the indoor go karts is the best out of everything there. Not too expensive. read more

The redhead woman working the indoor place was completely unprofessional; rude; waving scissors in our face. never explained all parents needed a sticker for access to come & go. She yelled, screamed & acted like a fool in front of everyone. SHe failed to explain all the rules. Was inspecting a ball from the ball pit while 3 kids exited without adults and yelled at us for taking our own kids to ride the train. The audacity to yell at 4 grown women in front of a bunch of kids was completely unacceptable, she made of our daughters cry. We won't go back or recommend to ANYONE until she is let go. read more

I am not speaking for my whole experience at this establishment, only speaking for the GoKart area. The guy that worked the evening of 9/11/21 was not in no way in the mood to be 1. Courteous 2. Friendly/approachable 3. Helpful He stood there while my fiancé and I both struggled with twisted seatbelts. Never once asked or tried to assist. When giving instructions he was fast and seem uninterested.. The go car my fiancé was in malfunctioned. After it was over, the attendant never looked up at us or even gave directions for exiting. No thank you or even screw you. I will not be returning nor will I be recommending. read more

Miner Mike's is a great family arcade and amusement destination. The prices are reasonable and fair, it's clean, it's and well-kept. If an arcade game eats your tokens they will replace the tokens that were lost. Great attraction for families with children of all ages., they are connected to Busters that has another large arcade, restaurant and inside go-carts. They are open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM. read more

This is a great place to take kids when weather or the elements outside don't allow for outside time. They do a great job in central Missouri for entertainment with kids and we appreciate that they are here for so many years of entertainment with myself growing up and my kids. This place was beautiful and impeccably clean. Hands down the best arcade we ever been to. My husband and daughter rode the go-karts and loved them. Highly recommend this place read more

We've been looking for an indoor place to take our kids, ages 6, 4, and 1-1/2. There is hardly anything at all for them to do around here! Then we stumbled upon this place, Miner Mike's. It's like little kid heaven!! There's an arcade for the littles, and arcade for big kids and adults. There are three rides. There is "the maze" which is this HUGE series of tunnels, ball pits, slides, and the like. It's all really quite something. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the place. I recommend getting the season pass if you plan on going more than once. That will give you unlimited rides and maze passes. read more

definitely takes 1 person to ruin the fun. was in the play area with my 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son and the lady came over to me and said "your son cannot be walking around in here without a band" and was very rude about it. so i wont be taking my family back here. read more

Out of all the little amusement parks I have been to they really do cater to all ages. Small ball pits for smaller kids area and a huge maze of tunnels and slides for bigger kids. Two levels of arcades. The go karts have different levels of power and all of it isn't that expensive. I feel it's money well spent. The lines weren't that long and the staff was friendly. Will be back for sure read more

Lots of games for kids, there were a few games that were out of order, and some that weren't working without a sign saying they weren't. The train was fun for the kids. Overall it was nice to go for a rainy day or a little side trip for the kids. read more

My family was on vacation and we're hoping for a good time but, The staff was rude and inconsiderate when my family wanted to go do go carts they put them on the lowest speed possible when all were clearly old enough. We ask why they were on a lower speed they said one was only ten and no one was. The manager was arguing about how old they were and refused a refund for another ride. There were 15 of us on there and we soon left after we asked for a refund and they refused.VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

It's a small little place to let your pre-double digit ones run around, play bumber cars, scream on the roller coaster and more. Being a teenage when this place opened, my friends and I enjoyed it a lot. Our mothers would drop us off and go shop as we tried to destroy anything we were on. Lots of fun! read more

I have been going here for 10 years. The last few years it has gone down the drain. So many games do not work bc they are "out of order" It's a shame the bumper cars are gone. On the buster side is where many games do not work. They really N E E D to invest $$$$ to fix the games and get new ones. Food is still pretty good at least. Season passes are worth the money for the maze and two rides. read more

The Staff need to smile & act like they want to be there or that they enjoy their jobs. I'm not sure I've seen a more unfriendly group of workers. It was frustrating to say the least to spend this amount if money and the staff treat everyone (not just us)like we were an inconvenience. I'm going to amend this to say Gage at the ticket counter was awesome & the guy on the roller coaster was awesome! The girls upstairs made the experience not as much fun & never once smiled...just flipped their hair comtinuously. read more

it was fun, but half the games didn't work, or they took your tokens. my friend's go cart stopped working twice in the same round. And, it takes 45 minutes to stand in line to count your ticket. not to mention the prizes are terrible. i think the place can afford a ticket counter that just gives you an ACCURATE count on how many tickets you have instead of weighing them and making a guess. a ticket machine would give you a card and then you could take the card to the workers and make the picking out prizes a faster experience. read more

This place is even better than last year. They've added a new indoor gocart track. We used to only go a few times a year tho this place because my kids weren't in love with it but now they beg to go every weekend. I've heard they're also bringing in a ton of new arcade games. Love it! read more

Great place to take the family. Ages 3-12 would be best for Miner Mike's. They have an arcade attached that would appeal to an older crowd. There are essentially three rides for smaller kids; a small train coaster, bumper cars, and a small Ferris wheel. The indoor maze is a giant McDonald's play land with the fastest slides ever. There's a pretty sweet air gun arena in the maze that allows for shooting rambunctious kids with small nerf balls. The highlight is definitely the maze. The whole place is a nice indoor activity for kids and was actually reasonably priced. read more

We love Miner Mikes and frequent it every time we are at the lake. My 11yo particularly loves it. It seems like they are under construction right now but that didn't stop us from enjoying our afternoon and spending close to 2 hours playing games and having one of their famous root beer floats. If you have kids it's a must do. read more

The arcade games are fine with a wide range for all ages of kids. The go carts are another story. They are fine once you get on them, but the line will take forever, and the workers will take some people out of line and let love them ahead for slower races. We had a group of 4, 1 double and 2 singles and were passed over 3 times!! When we asked why other groups were being placed in front of us he told us, "I assumed you had more than 4 so I was moving others in front of you." We were in line for over an hour even when bough we were the second group in line. It was disappointing and we left at that point read more

Fun for the kiddos. Miner Mikes and Busters was a great time and has something for everyone. The adults and older kids loved the new indoor go kart track, the little kids loved the kids maze and the rides. My only complaint is the maintenance of the arcade and ticket games. There seemed to be a lot of games out of order. There was still plenty of games to be played, however. Overall was a great way to spend a few hours. read more

Use to be one of the highlights of my son's trip. However, we were there yesterday (6/2/15) and they have let the place go so bad, it very disappointing. The 4 player air hockey table always keeps the pucks if someone scores. So then you spend half the time of the game waiting for an employee to come over and get the puck out for you. Several of the games on "Busters" side are out of order or when you play em half the buttons you need to play don't work. The maze is still in good shape and all the rides were working. The roller coaster is still pretty cool. They really need to invest money in updated games that work. read more

It is a great place for Anything my only competition is over pristine tokens 1$ is 3 tokeins

We visited years ago & had a much better experience. This time I'd say around 40-50% of the machines were broken and we lost a LOT of tokens in broken machines. They also haven't upgraded to card readers and are still using the "weigh the tickets" method for prizes. Great way to shortchange patrons. Some areas of the arcade only take cash, just odd for an arcade in 2016. read more

The arcades are fun but my 10 yo grandson wanted to drive the race cars. The man told me it is $13.43 for 5 minutes. I thought the amount was a bit strange as well as pricey for 5 minutes. Extremely lame and a waste of time for my 10, 8, and 5 year olds. The rides were super small and they were almost embarrassed to be on such kiddie rides. The arcade side wasn't bad but I still wouldn't waste my time or money coming to Miner Mike's. read more

Family fun at its best. Great facility for all ages, clean and friendly staff make the kids feel safe and the adults worry free. Good burger in Busters and pizza and snacks for kids. This is honestly the worst place I have ever been. Not only are all the employees rude, they all look like they're suffering from severe depression. The day I went there was an employee named mikayla with blonde hair who obviously ignored me when I had asked her questions and when I tried to order food she looked at me dead in the face and turned around. No only is this unacceptable way treat customers, it's rude to just be like that to anyone. I dont care if you're having a bad day, if I'm paying for something you better give it to me without an attitude. I was nothing but nice to her. Also all the arcade games are broken and the maze is disgustingly dusty. You can't get actual food at buster without a staff member having an attitude so don't even think about going to cooks tent because you know they'll make you wait 30 minutes before you even see a person at the counter. I am never coming here again. AWFUL STAFF read more
