I was a complicated case with my requests and the surgery he performed from the research I have done is very difficult. He makes a sincere effort to get you your desired look. He made me comfortable and I did extensive research on him and saw 5+ PS from Vegas to NYC / NJ and he was the best. I work in healthcare and have high expectations and he exceeded them. From the consult to the surgery center to the follow up care so far everything has been fantastic. Thankyou so much Dr Spiro for giving me perfect boobs =] Also my picture on here is not his surgery. I had childcare issues and cannot wait over an hour so I just had to turn around and go home another hour and a half on the road and never got to see the doctor. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager. This office is run horribly. I am a healthcare worker for 35 years. I would never treat a patient like this.

The ER doctor told me that because this cut was deep and complicated, we should call the on call plastic surgeon. I was nervous and emotional when Dr. Peck arrived but he was wonderful. He was kind and gentle with my son. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The end result was terrific. Fast forward, 3 years later, my best friend's 4 year old son got bit in the face by a dog and ended up in the same ER. I called Dr. Peck and although he was already at home for the day, he offered to come and stitch the laceration for us. As usual, Dr. Peck was amazing, kind and compassionate. I really can not thank Dr. Peck enough for his dedication to his patience and his craft. They don't make doctors like this anymore and our community is blessed to have him.

The fact that I still think about it every time I look in the mirror is enough reason to say what I have to say. DO NOT get your nose done with him. He is either 1) too old for this job now or 2) just a jerk who fakes it for the consultation then doesn't care about you at all afterwards. I asked for 3 things. I wanted the tip lifted, the bridge narrowed (my bridge bone is really wide so at a 3/4 angle it looks like I have a bump) and my nostrils a bit higher because they naturally fell below the bottom of my nose, creating a droopy "witch" look. All of which he said he could fix no problem. First of all he was 3 hours late for my appointment. He must have rushed through my procedure because he was so far behind that day; of the 3 things I asked for he only did 1 of them - he lifted the tip of my nose up. He also lifted my nostrils, but he stitched one of them up higher than the other one, so now they're totally uneven and completely different shapes because of it. And he didn't fix the bridge of my nose ... AT ALL. It's still wide and bumpy. I didn't noticed that issue until a year out when the swelling went down and I saw that he didn't even touch it. I went to him a few weeks after about the nostril issue. He said it's "not a big deal" and "only I would be able to notice it." He completely brushed me off and didn't care at all about my concerns. So, of the 3 problems I asked him to fix...he fixed one, ignored one, and made 1 worse than before. And the scarring I have around my nose now is atrocious. It's like he stitched me up while blindfolded. Like I said, he's either too old and over it, or just a jerk. If you want a job well done, don't go here.

The results were natural and in fact it helped with some additional lines on my forehead. Recently, I was attracted to a different offer for Botox through Groupon. The price was better so I tried it. I will not be going back again. I found the results to be lacking. I can still see a faint line between my eyes. I can only think either that Dr. was less skilled or the dosage was skimpy.
