I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager. This office is run horribly. I am a healthcare worker for 35 years. I would never treat a patient like this.

I got my nose done with Dr. Peck a couple of years ago now. I wanted to wait until it fully healed…read morebefore leaving a review, then went back and forth deciding if it was worth it. The fact that I still think about it every time I look in the mirror is enough reason to say what I have to say. DO NOT get your nose done with him. He is either 1) too old for this job now or 2) just a jerk who fakes it for the consultation then doesn't care about you at all afterwards. I asked for 3 things. I wanted the tip lifted, the bridge narrowed (my bridge bone is really wide so at a 3/4 angle it looks like I have a bump) and my nostrils a bit higher because they naturally fell below the bottom of my nose, creating a droopy "witch" look. All of which he said he could fix no problem. First of all he was 3 hours late for my appointment. He must have rushed through my procedure because he was so far behind that day; of the 3 things I asked for he only did 1 of them - he lifted the tip of my nose up. He also lifted my nostrils, but he stitched one of them up higher than the other one, so now they're totally uneven and completely different shapes because of it. And he didn't fix the bridge of my nose ... AT ALL. It's still wide and bumpy. I didn't noticed that issue until a year out when the swelling went down and I saw that he didn't even touch it. I went to him a few weeks after about the nostril issue. He said it's "not a big deal" and "only I would be able to notice it." He completely brushed me off and didn't care at all about my concerns. So, of the 3 problems I asked him to fix...he fixed one, ignored one, and made 1 worse than before. And the scarring I have around my nose now is atrocious. It's like he stitched me up while blindfolded. Like I said, he's either too old and over it, or just a jerk. If you want a job well done, don't go here.

To give you an idea of just how good he is, I live in downtown Philly and drive two hours to West Orange, NJ because he's the ONLY doctor I trust my face with! I'm not the type to deny the work I've had done. Why? I love what's been done to my face! Dr. Joseph has treated my lips with Silikon 1000 four times. I am SO happy with their results...and they're permanent! None of the BS where you have to come back every 6 months for temp fillers that cost a grand! Dr. Joseph also used Silikon 1000 on my laugh lines twice, under my eyes, and the droopy lines under my bottom lip. I am leaving his office as we speak and felt compelled to share my experience. I know how difficult it can be to find a reputable doctor that offers Silikon 1000. I've heard of horror stories where too much was injected and caused nodules to form. I have NEVER had a single complication with Dr. Joseph's work. Dr. Joseph is thorough and explains everything he can do and what a reasonable expectation should be. Not only is he professional, he is the NICEST doctor ever! He is funny and sweet and always makes you feel so comfortable in his hands. He has helped my self confidence so much. I always trust his professional opinion and I always leave feeling amazing. I am so much happier with my face and lips! He has also fixed my eyebrow scar after I self pierced it when I was young and stupid. He fixed a little cyst on my cheek that had been aggravating me for two years. He's also an ENT.
