Same quality as any other salad works. Good, fresh, and reliable ingredients. Had the pick two...made my own salad and had the vegetable soup. Haven't eaten here for a while, but I was in a rush today and stopped in. I was confused about the pricing but ordered what I thought was a 1/2 and 1/2 combo. And that's what I got. But it cost nearly $16!!! I could have eaten so much better at any of my local restaurants for less money. So, my advice for anyone going to Saladworks, ASK how much something costs before you order it! I'm still in sticker shock about paying so so much for an ok lunch. Wouldn't recommend. read more

The guest service here is horrible! My senior citizen, mother was screamed out in English and Spanish by the so-called manager over extra toppings, and to add violence to injury her order was snatched away while she was paying. The manager asked her why she even came to Saladworks. This is after the manager instructed one of the employees, to take extra toppings off of her salad with her fingers. My mother had ordered extra apples, but did not understand there was an additional charge. All that was required was the salad be remade. I called today to speak to the manager about the poor behavior of yesterday's manager, and the treatment my mother had received, BUT he also screamed at me and told to go ahead and complain because "it won't go anywhere"! I rightfully asked (after the wide-spread anger-management issue became clear) and was told I had no right to know who the owner of the franchise was. This is clearly an antagonistic and anger fueled place where customers are treated poorly - - they lost customerS today and like truly mean people ...probably don't care. Shame! read more

Our family enjoys the occasional lunch at Saladworks and we were STARVING at about 3 PM on a random Sunday, so we stopped here. El kiddo had a mostly pasta based "create your own" salad and I had a Cobb Salad with a few customizations. Lunch for 3 was about $30. Just like many other saladworks. Fast service (in a cafeteria line) and easy to get in and out. Fresh lettuce that was not brown (bonus!) and a ton of fixin's to choose from. (Try the Green Goddess Dressing - caloric but so good.) read more

First time at Saladworks. Very clean. The ingredients looked very fresh. Tasty. Everything looked well organized. Good service. Friendly employees. So far it's great - until I saw the chicken salad sandwich I ordered. It was my first time here, so the menu was new to me. It was the driest chicken salad I've ever had. No flavor. Very dry chicken. It came only with a few pieces of lettuce. I assumed it came with other ingredients: tomatoes, etc; that was my fault for not asking. $12 was overpriced for a dry sandwich. I am an occasional customer at this Saladworks and to be honest, I've recently seen a decline in service. A lot of the employees don't seem like they want to be there and you can see that through the ways they work and serve. They barely take the time to mix everything, are blatantly rude, and show no attention to consistency in their overall service. While I'll probably go there again, it might only be as a last resort unless some things change. read more

This place is great. They make adjustments for you and leave out ingredients, nothing is made early and allowed to sit. it is fresh food and delicious food. Usually five soups to pick from and all of them are better than the other soups in the area restaurants. A winner. read more

Ok if you are willing to pay $10 for a salad. Would be nice if they had a lunch price half salad. Also the employees need to be more aware of the amount of noise they are making. Slamming trays around doesn't make for an enjoyable atmosphere. read more

I've never been to a place so delightful. I come to this Saladworks at least 3 times a week and before I even have to ask for my meal they are already putting it together. And I'm not the only one who ventures through such amazing feats as this. The staff is kind and cleanly and the food is spectacular! Was in town for business and needed some healthy. Cute little place, fast and friendly service. The salad I had was good. You basically tell the staff what you want on your salad and the make it for you similar to what Subway would do for you. Or that have these fancy salad names and you tell them and they make for you. read more

Don't think I've ever waited more than 5 mins from walking in to getting my salad, and I've been coming here for more than three years. Salads always tasty and fresh.
