They did not try to fix what wasn't broken, they called us told us straight out what was wrong and needed to be done. Turned out we needed to replace the battery and the upper hose of the radiator. Got our car back the same day. Reasonably priced altogether for parts and labor. Will be coming here again.

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.

Sadly we did not pack our tool bag, big mistake and learning lesson. we drove to Smitty's my mechanic in Temple. Honestly I was hoping he could install it for $100.00. I am a woman and with the right tools I could have fixed this myself. (Hindsight) We discussed the issue with him and didn't even let us finish explaining. He raised his voice and proceeded to tell us that he doesn't work that way and he would need to diagnose the car himself(135.00) and then base the findings on his repairs. we told him this is all we wanted. just replace those two parts and we would take out chances. He said if he did just that and the car didn't work that we would give him bad reviews. He could never be more wrong, but since he wanted a review here you go sir. I didn't appreciate being lectured as well as being yelled at. there was no need to be rude. you could have ended it at , In sorry. I don't do business that way and I would have been fine with that. thank goodness the next mechanic did it for $47.50.
