I was pretty intimidated by this place (really) because it seemed liked it was somehow too much. So I went in, looked around, then I left...overwhelmed. Too many choices, a way of organization that I didn't understand and also, there were a lot of people there.
But I passed it every day and somehow, something kept drawing me to it although I'd felt intimidated.

In fact, it made all the sense in the world. By the time they rang me up I had the most wonderful and efficiently made salad I could imagine.
I came in for two consecutive days after that and every day the lovely greeting and the well made salad outcome was repeated.

I just wish I didn't waste so much time getting to have the experience. read more
