We were just there and tried ordering a chop salad (menu reads $8) and a southwest salad as a wrap (menu reads $12) and wanted to add shrimp to the wrap (menu reads $5 extra) as the southwest salad didn't come with any protein. The total before tax should have been $25 but the cashier rang us up for $32.25. We asked them why the price was so much higher than it should have been and the cashier said that the wrap already came with chicken so she charged us double protein. Since we weren't aware that the wrap had chicken in it (because the menu didn't say) we asked them to cancel the adding shrimp and just keep the chicken. The cashier grabbed the manager and they refunded the whole order and we reordered. This time, the total should have only been $20 (chop salad $8, southwest salad as wrap $12) but again, we were rung up for the wrong price of $26.88. When we asked yet again why the price was wrong, the manager very rudely told us "the chop salad is actually $11, it's a misprint on the menu that we are aware of" They should have told us that when we ordered instead of sneakily up charging us! They also told us that we got rung up for a Monterey fajita wrap instead of the southwest salad as a wrap "because the ingredients are the same" when even though that wrap came with sliced fajita beef and not chicken like they kept insisting. That wrap is also $14 so we were up charged $2. After this second issue, we just asked for another refund and said we would take our business elsewhere. The manger then said "if it's just the $3 that's the issue, I'll give you the $3". The issue was the fact that they just opened and clearly don't know what's going on. They need to be upfront about price differences and just not charge patrons for the fun of it!! Will not be back. read more
