The flavor is incredible, and it's one of those dishes I find myself thinking about long after leaving the restaurant. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Creekstone New York steak, which was fantastic. Beautifully cooked, full of flavor, and a great reminder that Esther's does a lot more than just pasta. Speaking of pasta, the fact that they make it in-house is another reason this place stands out. You can really appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that goes into their dishes. The cocktail options are excellent as well. I'm a big Old Fashioned guy, and that's my go-to every time I visit. They consistently make a great one. Service has always been another strong point. Every server I've encountered has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with recommendations. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you feel welcome and keeps you wanting to come back. Esther's Kitchen really delivers the complete package. Excellent food, great cocktails, thoughtful service, and a restaurant that genuinely feels like it takes pride in everything it puts on the table. I definitely had some Grace as I am sure the last time you wanted to do on a Sunday was deal with customer problem. So Monday came and went and still no message. I don't know about you, but if there was a customer problem with spoiled food I would have reached out ASAP to make sure I got it right. Sadly that did not happen. As someone who has been in the food service industry, I know how critical it is to take care of something that went wrong, ESPECIALLY if it involves spoiled food! In this case I felt discounted, uncared for, and that my business (and well being) really didn't matter at all. I did have a pleasant experience with the salad though, which is why I gave it three stars. The people behind the counter were gracious, but the lack of follow through on the part of management is something that really sticks in my craw. Bottom line?
