The food is always awful especially the "famous chips" Some burgers and rolls aren't made daily and microwaved before they are given to customers. Don't bother wasting your money. To our amazement what we got at home was no Peri Peri. When we called back to check the guy on the line tells us casually tells us he'll give us a free pizza. We don't make a fuss. We start to eat our pizza without peri peri sauce. To our amazement there was no feta! We were upset and the explanation we get was that there were a hundred pizzas they made and they made a mistake and not a big deal. The guy was arrogant and sounded as if we were trying to pinch a pizza. I told him I don't need even a single pizza. He went on to say we are all from the same place and we don't need to make a fuss literally yelling at my wife. I was upset and hung up. In a few minutes he called us back apologising as he realised he had messed up the order and that he will repeat a free order of the three the next time despite us saying we do not want it. Today I called for my free pizzas and was humiliated by the staff like I was some sort of a beggar. I was on hold for more than ten minutes and told there was no record of it I could hear laughing in the background. This is the height of poor service. Don't promise the best if you can't deliver the best.

This take away company has gone completely downhill. After a misunderstanding with a delivery…read moredriver, the staff took it upon themselves to harass and bombard their customer with phone calls, one day even adding up to 108 missed phone calls on my mobile phone, obviously which they deny (how surprising). The driver twisted and changed the truth to suit his own story so he didn't get in any trouble from his management for being careless, saying that the person who answered the door said the order had already been paid for via credit card in store and then got it delivered? The misunderstanding was cleared up a couple of days later, however we are still furious with the excessive and completely unprofessional way they handled a simple error, MADE BY ONE OF THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS, not the customer. Will never be ordering from this place again (even though we were frequent customers for years), and will urge others not to do so in the future to avoid this atrocious business.
