I ordered the OG burger with aioli sauce and a GF bun. GF is typically stale and that can take away from the overall taste, but the burger was great and made up for that. I ordered the Elvis Presley shake as well, which is pretty much a peanut butter overload shake. It was awesome! Still a great place, great service, great attitude. 5 stars!

Not anymore, with tables packed and people queuing out Miss Kay's door. So there's many things to like about this place, sadly the burgers isn't one of them :( I've tried 3 different burgers and they all lacked some kind of sauce or marinade for my liking. I don't really mind what they put on it, I'd be happy with ketchup, BBQ, mayo, aioli, satay, sriracha - my palate is a broad church. The burgers just need something in my opinion. As for the sides, the fries are good but they really need a smaller sized option for those grabbing a solo weekday lunch. The $8.50 milkshakes have cool names, and they would be fine if they were half the price or twice the size. Overall, unfortunately it doesn't look like this place is for me.

I did a take away order, and the lineup and the stacks of hungry patrons waiting for their meal was enormous. This means that they are either heavily understaffed, or their food is awesome! Luckily it was the latter. The counter staff took my order, and told me it was a 30 minute wait (which turned out to be pretty accurate). We ordered a Getta Boss burger (beef brisket, bacon, cheese, pickle, jalapeños and special bbq sauce), Getta Pulled Pork (pulled pork and coleslaw with bbq sauce) and a serve of chips. The burgers were big. Big enough that we didn't really need the chips (which were huge too). They were quite tasty, and very filling. I will definitely be back again, that's for sure. The chips were so large, that I would definitely recommend 1 serve between 2-3 people, if you are all ordering a burger. I have rated this a 4 star meal. It is not the best burger I have ever had, but it was far from the worst. I would rate this burger as better than grilled, and burger urge. But probably not as good as da burger.

I only eat red meat once per week so went the vegan burger way. I don't know if it was because I suffer IBS or if it was food poisoning but I won't be having a vegan option again. I'm now sceptical about trying a chicken burger as most fast food chicken doesn't agree with me. I may have more beef burgers in the future.

We both ordered the Rusty Breakfast which was massive, but I was so disappointed with the barely warmed up bacon. I'm sure that there must be some people that like their bacon like this, barely cooked with no colour and not a hint of crispiness, but I am definitely not one of them and I pushed it aside. This would have been an awesome breakfast with some delicious crispy bacon, and if we were to go back I'd have to ask if they can cook crispy bacon before ordering as it was such a let down compared to the rest of the meal.

Waited about an hour for our two meals (not sure if it was because we moved tables but that wasn't long after we sat on the first ones) Others who arrived after us, had received their foods and even left. When they realised they messed up, the waitress was really nice to offer us free drinks and 20% off. Was really humbled to hear that and it was good they took responsibility and reprimanded it. Fried chicken and waffles was a bit of a disappointment. Chicken was a bit dry, skin didn't have a nice batter and was too oily. Waffles were too bready and over drizzled with the maple syrup. Bacon was nice though. Think it's a great idea to have on the menu but the chicken should be southern battered fried chicken, waffles should be thinner and crunchy and not so much maple syrup. Got our meals discounted so was I happy. Keen to come back and give them another chance till I decide to become a regular. Rooting for you guys!

Not our first stop, but…read moreearly in the trip having gone to the mall to pick up a couple things we missed packing.... But I digress. First the service was not great. I understand the mall food court concept but the service was actually poor. First the order taking was a bit "rough", almost like the person was new.... Ok.... We placed our order and our notification device went off.... Food Ready. We go to pick it up and back to the table .... Things missing from our order and no identification of which food is which (we had ordered spicy chicken and regular chicken sandwich) and it honestly didn't look significantly different. There were shakes missing and it was a bit rough. The messed up a request "no lettuce", but ok easy enough to fix but still. The food was decently average. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, while tasty was nothing special nor spicy. The crinkle cut fries are good, arrived hot and crisp. The "thick shake" was anything but, don't get me wrong it was tasty, but not thick. The hamburger was tasty and well done. So a bit of a mixed bag. I liked the ambiance of the food court at this mall. I like the outdoor feeling was nice, but it was getting a little hot in the day for this open air concept. Decently average.
