Had a blow out at the worst possible time. I called Sal's to get a tow. Other companies didn't even pick up the phone. He suggested he could just change my tire so i wouldn't have to be towed. I was on the freeway (405), it was raining and people were just zooming by and my tire was hanging off the rim. Sal's showed up and quickly changed my tire with my spare. Overall great experience with sals. I worked in the tow industry for 10 years, I know it inside and out as both driver and dispatcher. Unfortunately the industry is well known for shady practices and terrible customer service. This was not the case with Sal. He was extremely polite and communicative, answered all my text messages quickly and kept me updated with realistic ETAs and status. Issac was my driver, he picked my car up from impound without me having to be there and towed it over 30 miles to my repair shop in time before they closed.
