The son told me that chip repairs are like filling potholes--that they're not meant to be perfect, but simply prevent the crack from spreading. While I understand that, I asked him to look at the photos because he hadn't even checked the work his father did. I explained that sometimes a repair just doesn't turn out well and it's okay to acknowledge that. Instead, he told me that even if he looked at the photos, his answer would be the same. That response made me feel like my opinion didn't matter and that there was no interest in making things right. That's ultimately why I'm leaving this review.
