This place is absolutely amazing! I did the detox honey massage and I was in heaven the entire time. Linda did such an amazing job, I haven't had a relaxing massage in a while...I typically get a therapeutic massage which is not a "relaxing" massage. What a great surprise. I received the 5 service sampler package as a gift and the experience was lovely. The energy is positive, the workers are knowledgable and the location is quaint. They are also very thoughtful as my birthday is approaching and after my massage, they had a homemade gluten-free brownie bite with a candle waiting for me to make a wish. I went here with one of my girlfriends for a massage after hearing from a friend that they would start offering CBD massage oil, and have to say that I was blown away. When we arrived, I felt very welcomed by the friendly staff. I enjoyed looking around at the little items they had for sale in their adorable lobby. There were a variety of CBD products available for sale, and I really enjoyed the sample of the lavender muscle salve at the main desk. After filling out the paperwork, we were led into the room for our massages. The massage therapists asked us a few questions to verify what we wanted. The massages were incredible. We opted for the CBD massage oil, which seemed to make a huge difference in how relaxed I was. When I was done with my massage, it felt like I was just waking up from 8 hours worth of very restful sleep. After leaving the massage room, the massage therapist gave us water and made an entire pot of delicious tea, which I thought was a nice touch. We hung out for a few minutes to drink our tea and relax, and then left. I will definitely be back for another CBD massage. read more

I have been coming here for over a year now. I love this place and the personal touch they have. With chronic Lyme Disease, having a monthly massage really helps keep me from bad muscle spasms. They do a lot of research on what products they use. Not to mention also the nice feeling when they remember little details about you. My boyfriend and I purchased the couple's spa package from Groupon. It included a couple's massage and couple's facial. This was my first time at Nova Organic and I will be coming back again. The staff was friendly made us feel really welcome. The massage and facial were both great. Sonja was my massage therapist and she did a great job targeting my areas of concern and massaging my full body. The massage even included hot towels and hot Himalayan Salt stones. It was truly relaxing. Linda did our facials. I loved that she customized the facials to each of our different needs. I was breaking out before the facial, so I was a little nervous, but it worked out well. Linda was full of information about facial products and ingredients, which was great because I was in the process of looking for a new skincare regime. I actually ended up buying the exfoliator that Linda used because I liked it so much. At the end of our spa treatments, they had mini cupcakes waiting for us in the lobby!.... The receptionist had overheard that we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and set them out for us. It was a very sweet touch. I would recommend this spa to those that are interested! read more

I had my first visit with Linda yesterday for a massage facial and derma plane! Literally the facial was the best facial I've ever had and the derma plane was extremely meticulous and precise! Had a brightening facial with Linda yesterday and I couldn't say better things about this place! Over the past 10 years I've been to my fair share of dermatologists, med spas, estheticians, you name it, for facials to help with my adult acne. I've tried all sorts of treatments too including oral medications, topical, and lasers. After switching over to an all organic/non-gmo diet and lifestyle I finally found a spa to match. Linda's facial was the best I've ever had even after experiencing great facials up and down the CA coast. Her technique puts you at ease and relaxes your entire body. With the facial she gives you a neck and shoulder massage that is delightful! All the products feel and smell great and best of all, they're organic. In my opinion, you can tell a good facial from an excellent one by the way the extractions are done. It tells you a lot about the person too. Some estheticians will extract every single blackhead they see whether it wants to come out or not, which leaves the client in a lot of pain and a lot of healing to be done at home from all the inflammation. Others will really look at your skin and use good judgement whether to extract some and leave others. Linda's extractions felt like nothing at all! I was prepared for the worst given some bad experiences, but I barely felt anything! I've never ever had extractions like that and didn't even think it was possible. When I came home my husband even commented that my face wasn't red and puffy like in the past. One day later my face really is glowing. Making appts were easy and they were very accommodating. All employees at NOVA are very sweet and helpful! You can tell they really care about you and want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during and after your service. If you are like me, and like to utilize small businesses, you should book a service. I've personally had enough with large corporations and the sales pitches when it comes to massage. At NOVA, they put the customer first, not profit. I've had an amazing massage and a facial that left my skin flawless. They put the blue light therapy on my face and my dark spots were gone! The best part is that they don't push you to buy product, even though you should because it's all organic and smells delightful! I need to book a couples massage and I am calling them because of the excellent service I received prior. I have worked in the service industry as a cosmetologist. I know what a good facial and massage experience is supposed to feel like, these ladies have it down!! read more

Absolutely wonderful in all areas. Linda is an excellent massage therapist that has helped my neck pain tremendously. She really cares and is very knowledgeable so she incorporates some stretch to help my neck mobility. AND she offers excellent facials with very high quality products. After just a few facials, and dermaplaning, my face is more hydrated and youthful. Her monthly membership is a fantastic deal. read more

I love this place! I've been here twice now- first for a 90 minute massage and second, for both a 60 minute massage and a reflexology session. The ambience is simple, cute and clean and the customer service is amazing- so friendly and kind. As for the sessions, so relaxing! The therapists only used natural/ organic products on my skin and were very professional and delivered excellent massages. It was my first time getting reflexology and I was amazed at how much it helped with my stress. My therapist was able to point out what was going on for me personally from working on my feet. This is a cute little place and Linda was awesome. I went in for the 60 minute signature facial and my skin felt great afterwards- pores are much smaller as well. They do sell the products they use- I didn't buy any because moisturizers have a tendency to make me break out, but I will likely go back to purchase some because I haven't broken out so far! I was thrilled to receive a gift card for my husband and me. Unfortunately, we're small business owners and let the card expire. They would not, could not offer us any discount toward any service to honor the gift card in any way. I called twice to verify and the person on the phone said, "Ya we've had a lot of people calling in about expired gift cards and we aren't accepting them." and "It's weird that it expired so fast. Usually we give it a year. But we have to go by the date on the card." Too bad! read more

My mom treated me to a full body massage and a facial at Nova today. What a great little place. I was greeted by the receptionist upon entering. I told her my name and she was already expecting me. She offered me water and gave me two sheets of paper to fill out. Quick and easy. Then I waited for the massage therapist. I don't remember her name but she was amazing. She was very soft spoken and had great energy. The room was very nice too and I felt absolutely comfortable. They only use natural organic products, which I very much appreciated. The massage itself felt wonderful. She really worked on my problem areas, neck and back. I felt so relaxed when she was done that I didn't want to get up at all. Luckily I didn't have to and stayed for my mini facial. The facial felt amazing as well. The products used all smell very mild and nice. The owner herself was the esthetician and it tuned out she was from Germany and I lived there for a while as well, so I got to practice my German. What a nice lady. I absolutely recommend this place and told my mom that we will have to all go back there sometime. read more
