I do understand people may have felt intimidated by one of the gentleman working there but the overall exchange with him felt genuine and was straight forward. Out of all my visits, I have only seen the lady in store except for today. Each time I was greeted by her very promptly after I had entered the store; credits to her for always making it priority to greet the customer when she's usually in what I could imagine being the back room/storage. I came in to inquire about potential release/raffle for the AF1 "Para-Noise" collab with G-Dragon. The gentleman told me there's no guarantees whether they will have any in stock for this location and suggested I check the website and the downtown location for better clarifications. I do sense a potential lack of service if it obvious you are just browsing and most likely not going to make any purchases. The thing is, with boutique and street wear stores, it is very common for the staff there to expect the coming customers to be somewhat knowledgeable of what they are in store for. If you know your stuff, I am willing to bet they would have a lot more to talk to you about, but if you aren't exactly the type, they are probably just going to leave you to your browsing. IMO, it is rather understandable though others might suggest otherwise. Also to those talking about the customer service being crappy. My friends have made purchases here before and I have purchased on their website before my first in-store purchase today. They always state as clear as sky there is no returns, and the exchange for different size or store credits is only valid within 7 days of purchase. Granted I have never encountered or witness the case as described, but it is hard for me to believe the experience could be that different between customers. All in all, would definitely recommend to those interested in sneakers and JP brand apparels!

I walked in hoping to return/exchange something I bought from the store online and the guy working there gave me such a dissatisfied look. Hoping to get something out of it despite the unfriendly atmosphere, I asked the staff if an exchange can be done with either a different size or colour for a product we ordered off the Capsule website. The dude seemed clueless. Do you know how do your job or not? After standing around for a minute or so waiting for him to answer me, he hesitantly concluded that he couldn't help me out AT ALL and basically told me to leave by saying "I can't do anything about it, what else do you want." Well if you can't do anything about it, get someone who actually knows how to do their job. 2 stars for the unfriendly attitude, lack of knowledge on their job, and providing me with one of the most terrible customer service experiences.

The store was having an awesome sale and so I picked out a lot of tops to try before I choose to purchase the ones that looked best on me. I was carrying about 5 tops before a sales associate noticed that my hands were full and offered to drop it off in a change room for me. That was pretty kind! I picked out a couple more tops and a few bottoms and then I went to the change room. My first expression when I saw it was "WOW." I loved how the sale associate carefully placed my clothes on the rack. I have been to some change rooms where the associate just put all the clothes on the hanger but this associate spread it out and I was able to see what clothes I wanted to try. I was enamoured by this gesture that I had to take a picture of it! After I tried on my clothes, I chose the few that I wanted to buy and went to check out. The process of checking out was super easy and I loved how the sale associate followed up to ask how the clothes were. These may be small things but it totally made me enjoy my shopping experience. Overall, would I return? ABSOLUTELY!

The store was quite with no customers but two employees - Male and Female were both standing behind the desk and chatting away. They did not acknowledge my presence or even ask if I need help. I was so disappointed, I spent time walking around trying to get their attention. In the end, I left the store and went across to Tip Top store which had other customers yet my presence was acknowledge by the Associates and they were willing to assist with my purchase. After spending over $500 for my suit at Tip Top but I did not like the selection of bow ties so I decided to go back to RW and Co with my shopping bags in hand, that's when the two Associates acknowledged me which I find really funny. It tells me that I was clearly either profiled or they just could not be bordered. Either way, it was a terrible experience and I hope the managers at the store will do better in training their staff.

One a couple shirts, buttons fell off after only a few washes. On another shirt, the button was sewn on securely, but incorrectly. That's fine, in that you'd never really notice unless looking closely, but it speaks to the inconsistency and lack of quality control. A lot of the negative reviews are very negative due to quality or service issues. I think, if you keep in mind that you're getting mediocre quality and mediocre service, you can get very good deals here, but you have to understand that quality and service are both going to be hit or miss.
