I walked in hoping to return/exchange something I bought from the store online and the guy working there gave me such a dissatisfied look. Hoping to get something out of it despite the unfriendly atmosphere, I asked the staff if an exchange can be done with either a different size or colour for a product we ordered off the Capsule website. The dude seemed clueless. Do you know how do your job or not? After standing around for a minute or so waiting for him to answer me, he hesitantly concluded that he couldn't help me out AT ALL and basically told me to leave by saying "I can't do anything about it, what else do you want." Well if you can't do anything about it, get someone who actually knows how to do their job. 2 stars for the unfriendly attitude, lack of knowledge on their job, and providing me with one of the most terrible customer service experiences.

Not only did two guys working fail to even acknowledge me, but when I asked them about the exchange, they quickly said 'no' because the item was purchased on sale. And then I asked the staff if he was sure. He hesitated and then said "we probably don't have the size you want in stock." How would he know without even checking? I merely wanted to exchange for the same item in a different size. What kind of backward policy is that? They failed to even offer an alternative solution and I was just sorry out of luck. Never shopping at this place again. There are much better choices in the GTA like Livestock or Solestop.

The store was having an awesome sale and so I picked out a lot of tops to try before I choose to purchase the ones that looked best on me. I was carrying about 5 tops before a sales associate noticed that my hands were full and offered to drop it off in a change room for me. That was pretty kind! I picked out a couple more tops and a few bottoms and then I went to the change room. My first expression when I saw it was "WOW." I loved how the sale associate carefully placed my clothes on the rack. I have been to some change rooms where the associate just put all the clothes on the hanger but this associate spread it out and I was able to see what clothes I wanted to try. I was enamoured by this gesture that I had to take a picture of it! After I tried on my clothes, I chose the few that I wanted to buy and went to check out. The process of checking out was super easy and I loved how the sale associate followed up to ask how the clothes were. These may be small things but it totally made me enjoy my shopping experience. Overall, would I return? ABSOLUTELY!

I was in dire need of a new Suit and bow tie for a Black Suit gala night event in downtown Toronto…read more I visited the RW and Co store in Markville mall on Thursday January 19 to shop for the suit. The store was quite with no customers but two employees - Male and Female were both standing behind the desk and chatting away. They did not acknowledge my presence or even ask if I need help. I was so disappointed, I spent time walking around trying to get their attention. In the end, I left the store and went across to Tip Top store which had other customers yet my presence was acknowledge by the Associates and they were willing to assist with my purchase. After spending over $500 for my suit at Tip Top but I did not like the selection of bow ties so I decided to go back to RW and Co with my shopping bags in hand, that's when the two Associates acknowledged me which I find really funny. It tells me that I was clearly either profiled or they just could not be bordered. Either way, it was a terrible experience and I hope the managers at the store will do better in training their staff.

Indeed, while I was impressed with the selection and quality of both items, it was the professional service and caring approach of Scott....that made the difference. If not getting my money tomorrow, will write an update. P.s. Customer support is being extremely rude. No hello at the beginning or regards at the end of the letter.

Saks OFF 5th just opened recently at Markville Mall taking over the upper floor of Sears…read more Parking is really convenient as there are ample parking space just outside their front door. The store is small and compact compares to other Saks Off 5th I had been to. Selection obviously is smaller but at least everything is well organized and stocked. Price wise always best during end of seasons sale. I would not be buying anything till then. I am not even comparing to the US pricing.

Pretty good deals for the money here when buying on sale items, but you also get what you pay for…read more Everything I've gotten from here imitates the form of something nicer, but has workmanship issues. One a couple shirts, buttons fell off after only a few washes. On another shirt, the button was sewn on securely, but incorrectly. That's fine, in that you'd never really notice unless looking closely, but it speaks to the inconsistency and lack of quality control. A lot of the negative reviews are very negative due to quality or service issues. I think, if you keep in mind that you're getting mediocre quality and mediocre service, you can get very good deals here, but you have to understand that quality and service are both going to be hit or miss.
