It can be mistaken for Woodside Square, which is the shopping mall at McCowan and Finch in Scarborough. I used to come here often. Gone are stores such as Roots, Danier, Michaels, and Club Monaco. These days, I shop at Winners, Staples, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Chapters, and Longo's. I like the Kelsey's Roadhouse when I feel like wings and things. There's also a Home Depot and Winco Supermarket. I haven't been to either store. One of these days, I'll give them a try. There is lots of parking. A few years ago, a number of electric charging stations were set up across from Kelsey's. Often, you'll see folks sitting in their cars, waiting for them to charge up before they take off. The Chapters no longer has a Starbucks. It's a shame because I loved grabbing a drink and casually perusing the store while sipping. If you do need your Starbucks fix, you can get it at Longo's. You can earn double the points by scanning both your Starbucks rewards and Longo's barcodes. The old Michaels store is now a Joe Fresh outlet. I still need to drop by and see what goodies I can get. It's a decent plaza. I hope that the turnovers have stopped! (473)

If you are nippish, there is always Kelseys Steakhouse to curb the hunger pains. There is a HUGE parking lot with a Telse SuperCharging stop if you need a top up. Always fun to be here, grab a Starbucks and wander around an afternoon (post Covid)

I don't frequent it as much as I should. I first came here with a friend roughly two decades ago to eat at All Star Wings. It's still alive and kicking. I will always have a soft spot for this eatery and ordering way too many wing flavours. We often boxed everything we couldn't finish up. There have been many Hong Kong-style eateries next to this wing place that have come and gone over the years. Sadly, one of these eateries had silver needle noodles that you don't see often on the menu. They were so good! I don't frequent the T&T Supermarket these days. It was a madhouse the few times that I did. It's the perfect storm of crazy shoppers who can't park for beans. The supermarket itself is decent. I live closer to the two T&T stores on Warden and Kennedy. This one is the third-closest one to my home. There is a Wellwise Home Health & Wellness store. It used to be under the Shoppers Drug Mart brand, but it got acquired by Verillium Health Care. It has served my family well over the years. I have got everything from washable bed pads to a wrist brace. Staff are helpful, especially when I didn't know much about these products! I like the Chatime-Bakecode store. I get my bubble tea and croissant fixes all under one roof. It's probably my favourite store at this plaza. I just noticed a Mr Sub. I will need to check it out someday. Same goes with the original Hana Don. I have been to the one at CF Fairview Mall. I need to drop by this one. Yesterday, I visited SportChek for the first time. I liked the merchandise. Customer service was excellent. There's a Tim Hortons here, too. It's got a drive-thru. It's another reason why this plaza gets busy. I like Cachet Centre, minus the craziness in front of T&T. Every time I'm here, I notice a business that I need to check out, which shows a lot of growth here. (226)

The Peachtree Mall is old. It was built somewhere in the late 1990's to early 2000's (I don't know…read morethe exact year). I recall that the Sweet Culture is one of the original stores from the beginning. The owner advertised on the Chinese TV station to promote their traditional Chinese sweet soups and desserts. People patronized Sweet Culture after seeing midnight Chinese movies at the former Market Village. The (now) new guy behind the counter looks so similar to the original owner that I swear they are related (LOL). The New City Restaurant is another original store. The store next to the current Eat With Fun Roast Restaurant was originally a gift and craft store. Enough for the nostalgia. The mall building has not been kept up with times. There has been no renovation, but some upkeeping works are done. The saving graces are the various eateries. From roast meat, to Shanghainese delights, to steamed pot rice, to Hong Kong cafes, to Hong Kong western diner - they serve unapologetically authentic comfort food from the far east. Looking through the windows, the numerous faces in each and every stores tell you the food here win their seals of approvals. According to a Chinese friend who is a construction worker, there is not a single bad HK milk tea in this mall. I love coming to Peachtree Mall for good food, good milk tea, good value and good nostalgia.

Yea, we always called in mong gok because that's what it's called in Chinese. I actually just went not too long ago, and they changed the sign to "New Kennedy Square", although I still see Peachtree Mall on one of the signs. A couple stores have changed since this plaza has opened, but there have been shops that have been here for decades, like the store that sells popcorn and cotton candy. Or the store that sells sugar cane drinks. More food court booths have opened here, though the one that is directly in the middle of the food court always seems to close, probably because feng shui isnt as great in the spot, no idea tbh. The not so dollar, dollar store is here selling any item you can think of. There are fewer bootleg dvd shops as before. I remember bootleg dvds were like $20 for 3 or $10 for 3 when they were popular in the day. Parking can be difficult during peak times such as Saturday for dinner, but you shouldn't need to wait long for a spot.
