So far I have only dealt with them online, but the service I received from Jonathan was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble deciding between several items, but Jonathan asked me a few questions and was able to help me decide. When the stuff arrived, he was totally right. I am so happy to have received his advice. From now on, I only want to shop at Lost and Found. Thank you so much, I can't wait to place my next order. Update: I was in Toronto for a wedding and had some time to go visit them in person. They are in a great location, the store is well organized, and the staff is friendly and passionate about fashion. I had a great conversation about the brands they stock and why they choose them, which only further reinforced my opinion that this is the best men's store in Canada. But the best part was this: I bought a sweater (among other things) and was about to pay for it when I noticed a thread coming loose. To my amazement, their team was able to repair the garment while I waited. Not only do they stock the best clothing, they also provide excellent support. The sweater has been great ever since and survived several trips through the wash. Thanks for the perfect repair job! Next time please teach me how to do that :)

If only there was an option for zero stars... this store is extremely disorganized. Rented a tuxedo…read morefor a wedding. They said they'd have the tux days to a week before the date of the event. They literally got it to be the day "before" the event. Why the quotes? Because they literally screwed up the date of the wedding and then tried to blame me. I wasn't really for going here anyways, but the bride & groom set up a group thing and everyone in the wedding party ended up coming here. I would've much preferred for all of us to buy new tuxes to match or just to wear my timeless tux I own. So after screwing up the date, they looked at me like a deer looking at headlights, like, "... what do we do now?" The supervisor/manager has no idea what he's doing either, so he's like, it's okay, "bring it back the day after the wedding and it's okay." The supervisor/manager said, "if you need alterations, you need to bring it back today (on a Friday) because the tailor isn't here tomorrow". So, after work on a Friday, I needed to quickly go back to work for a meeting. I was literally at the store at 4, went back at 530 and the supervisor/manager said, "the tailor is gone for the day". Now I'm here thinking, I was here an hour and a half ago, you could've said he's leaving in an hour, you close much later - you didn't mention ANY of this. He replies, "don't worry, the tailor is coming in tomorrow. Leave it with us." WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TAILOR NOT COMING IN TOMORROW?! Worse than a politician. I haven't had customer service this poor for a REALLY long time. NEGATIVE 1 STAR OUT OF 5 -1/5 Would NEVER recommend to a friend.

I am a young independent woman that don't need no worker hovering over me. Unfortunately the layout and the organization made it hard to shop without getting the pushy sales guy. I'm pretty sure he already freaking knew that we weren't going to get a 700$ suit, so he wasn't the most helpful. It was so hard to find a suit that we liked, let alone two for the BOGO. We did not purchase it, as everything was pricey and it just felt old in there. Word of advice from one retail worker, if something is BOGO free, that means they're STILL making profit off of that. These prices were quite inflated so that the sale seems good. I would not go to Moore's again. It's outdated and the prices are crazy.

The changing rooms also seriously need to be maintained. It's so dusty, there's always a pile of dust bunnies blowing around in there. The home section is okay. Its kinda messy and I don't often find goodies here. Beauty section is also quite messy. They have those end aisle sections for clearance items and usually it's open or spilling product. I wouldn't bother to try selling those because it's just very unsanitary. Staff here are really nice though and will help you best they can if you're trying to locate something or notice broken/spilling things. Cashier here is very fast. Even if the line looks long, they're so good with calling in reimbursements and getting that line down right away.

The name always throws me off because I think of Woodside Square in Scarborough. Anyway, it's next door to Kitchen Stuff Plus, which is highly convenient. This Winners isn't my favourite. It makes sense to me why I haven't got around to doing a review until now. It's not a horrible store. I find that the selection is either spot on or disappointing, depending on what I need. Over a decade ago, when I worked for a company in Scarborough, it was hosting its first user symposium. I played a few roles, including updating our corporate Web site with photos and information about the event. I needed business clothes. My friend and I came to this Winners to get some decent apparel. This store holds my personal record for spending the most time at a Winners during a single visit. We spent two hours looking at and trying on blazers, blouses, and pants. I ended up buying a blazer and a blouse. The blazer still works and has stood the test of time. I have since worn it numerous times for various job interviews. It's kind of my lucky blazer. Sadly, the blouse didn't last as long as the blazer. I recently went back to this store to check it out. I was here for one thing: a PopSocket. A couple of weeks ago, I got a new phone case for my new phone. I needed a new PopSocket, as I might as well go with this new streak. I came here last Wednesday after running a number of errands. There is always plenty of parking. I parked fairly close to the store and walked in. A friendly guy was manning a hand sanitizer station. He was great. I said hi and walked in. Purses greeted me next. Sadly, there wasn't a single Kipling bag for me to gush over. I was sad. I like that most Winners stores have similar layouts. I immediately found the phone accessories section, which is right by the checkout. There were lots of PopSocket designs to choose from. I was happy and selected the one that won my heart. I avoided the shoe section. I don't need more shoes! The selection of women's size 11 footwear is also hit or miss. It's all about timing. The store's interior is much more inviting than I recall. Aisles are wider. The lighting is better. I liked the improvements since I was last here. I paid using a debit card. There wasn't a lineup at 7 pm on a Wednesday night. I got my TJX Style+ card scanned, too. I thanked the woman and left. Here's hoping that it offers Kipling bags soon. It's a good Winners. It's just not my favourite out of the three in Markham, but it had what I needed during this visit. (429)

It's situated on the northeast corner of Warden Avenue and Highway 7, across the street from Markham Civic Centre. My first visit here was in grade 12. I wanted to go to my first major concert. Madonna was doing a couple of shows at SkyDome. I'm dating myself and I don't care. I needed a wristband to get my place in line, well before doing anything online was a thing. My best bet was getting one at a music store at Markham Town Square. My dad drove us up here. We lived in the Beaches. My mom wrote a letter to show my teachers that I needed to be excused from their classes. Thank goodness I was a good kid and student to swing this arrangement! In short, I got my tickets. I paid for them, even though my dad insisted on paying. I was elated. I made it back to school in time for my French class. I couldn't stop smiling. Markham Town Square will always have a special place in my heart. Little did I know that I'd become a Markhamite and visit this place regularly years later. This music store is long gone. There used to be a Chinese restaurant between the No Frills, and Town Gift & Postal Service. It has changed names over the years. It's the only store that is vacant these days. No Frills is your grocery store. I never have any problems finding what I need here. The selection is decent and I've never been disappointed shopping here. Town Gift & Postal Service is a non-descript store that you wouldn't expect to be a post office. People often hit Shoppers Drug Mart and are disappointed to learn that it doesn't have a post office. Town Gift & Postal Service is your post office. The folks who run this store are nice. It does get busy thanks to the post office part of this business. There used to be a Mr. Sub. It's gone. I was sad. I'm happy to see that a Korean eatery is about to take its place. I probably frequent these businesses the most: - Shoppers Drug Mart - Felix & Norton Cookies - McDonald's This Shoppers is convenient to get to. If I need to grab something quickly, I can here. There's lots of parking that it's rarely an issue. Felix & Norton Cookies are amazing. I love their gourmet cookies, perhaps more than I should. It's the butter that makes them so decadent. It has Pusheen products, which is a bonus. I like this McDonald's. Staff are friendly and I have yet to have anyone mess up my order. I tend to hit the drive-thru. This plaza has another drive-thru, which makes it stand out. You rarely see a couple of drive-thrus in close proximity, but you do here. The other is Scotiabank. The lane is tighter than McD's, but it works. For the longest time, the store where Canada Computers & Electronics is was vacant. It used to be a Future Shop. When it shuttered for good, it was empty for years, with a brief stint as a returning office for one of the elections. I love Canada Computers. It brings out the geeky side of me. There is a lot to look at and prices are pretty good. Next to Canada Computers is Honeymoon Dessert. It was previously a Menchie's. It's a nice addition to get your dessert fix, including really good fruit teas. I have frequented Cora's, Teriyaki Experience, and Pizza Pizza over the years. All have been at this plaza for years. I still haven't visited all businesses. Wonton Hut comes to mind. One of these days, I'll cave and place an order. This plaza has everything I need. Food. Burgers. Cookies. Computer accessories. Dessert. It suits my needs nicely. (172)
