    Ramen with tempura shrimp.
    Michelle S.

I have always loved Sake Sushi but now that they have ramen, I love them even more! Nice, hot ramen on a cold day is so perfect. The broth is rich and the noodles are cooked perfectly. My daughter got the traditional with the pork but I got the shrimp tempura. I tasted her pork though and it was delicious. Not too fatty and not dry at all. It's a large portion as well. I had leftovers.

We stopped on our way home from Texas. When I called to order my son the Kids Hibachi meal, they said they didn't have a kids hibachi (clearly on the menu and added to this post) instead they charged almost $12 for a 'side' of steak. So, after the rice, soup and steak (which are supposed to come with the hibachi meals) it was $19.40 for just his "kids meal" [receipt pictured-(for some reason they marked through them all)] I was glad they offered low carb sushi rolls but they were 90% just cucumber (pictured). They weren't terrible though. I ended up taking most of the cucumber off and throwing it away because there was so much of it. Definitely wouldn't stop again but the spicy Mayo was good.

The Sashimi lunch plate definitely my favorite, I asked for all salmon (which they charge extra) but it was so worth it. They're are so fresh, slices are perfectly portions, and tasteful. The plates comes with 1 sushi rolls of your choice. I had the Tuna rolls, it was a mediocre sushi (tasted like the one from a grocery store) I was expecting a little more taste on it. I also had the shrimp tempura, tasted fresh but I had better, the Shrimp Shumai, I think it was a little overcooked. And lastly, the Hail State Sushi, with fresh slices jalapeño & mayo base white sauce. If you like shrimp tempura, sashimi, and enjoy spicy food, this is a perfect combination Sushi for you.

visited for lunch and did table service instead of grill, so dinner or grill experience may vary. The food is delicious, the prices are low, the service is great. The environment is calm and quiet easy to communicate and they have plenty of space for groups. I would highly recommend, the location is easy to find and get to and the staff is friendly and happy to serve you. Absolute must try if you enjoy Asian food at all.

A nice Japanese restaurant in town. My favs: sushi rolls and udon soup. The in house service was great, but for some reason, their phone to call order and pickup did not work for days!

Excellent sushi, fresh garden salad and tasty ginger dressing. Very nice dinner for an affordable price.

This was the best sushi and cuisine I've ever eaten. We will be returning this month as we return to Nashville.

The food is really good but pricey. The menu selection is really small, I would like to see more options.

The customer service was that authentic -- warm, efficient, and somehow reading my mind before I even opened my mouth. I half expected someone to hand me a JR Rail Pass with my check. The gyoza? Perfect. Like, "I should probably order 12 more just to be safe" perfect. The ramen was easily some of the best I've had in the United States -- rich broth, great noodles, and flavors that actually taste like someone's grandma in Tokyo whispered secrets into the pot. Now, full honesty: the egg was a little overcooked. But considering the American need for speed (and the fact that we treat restaurant meals like pit stops at Daytona), I get it. Cooking eggs to order in that environment is basically Olympic-level timing. And besides, the broth was so spot-on that it made up for everything. If you're craving legit ramen with service that makes you nostalgic for Japan -- even if you've never been -- Fuku Ramen is the move.
