She's rude and up charges me every time I go in. Last time when I asked why I was getting up charged for my normal meal instead of explaining it politely she decided to argue with me. I worked in restaurants for a long time and I'm usually very non-confrontational with anybody who works at restaurants because of that. She complained about me loudly right in front of me. Then my food was tampered with. I found a bunch of human hair in my food. She then had the audacity to say that it was because they used acid while cooking my food that there was human hair in it.
