I'm very picky about where I get my massages, and even more picky when it's a Thai massage. SaiTara is my number one spot for Thai, me and my husband always request for Maya as she has very strong pressure and knows exactly how to work out any kinks, knots, or tenseness in your body. Although if you're looking for a relaxing massage this may not be for you, she's extremely skilled but not everyone can handle the pain, nonetheless you will feel amazing after getting a massage from Maya. Today I was quite stressed and knew my body needed a massage, unfortunately Maya doesn't typically work on Sundays, so today I had Lisa and she is wonderful, I think my new favorite. Not only can she do a proper Thai massage with techniques of using the sole of her foot to work out tightness in your shoulders (and very good stretching techniques), but she's also great at giving a normal and relaxing massage. She has rhythm and the massage felt intentional, I really enjoyed my massage from her. Thank you so much, Lisa. If you're ever in the area, or need a good Thai massage, I highly recommend you see either Maya or Lisa. Both great choices. read more

Hands down. I had a 90 minute Thai massage with Nadia, she was right on the spot , good Thai pressure point and very thorough. I have a bad sciatica issue and she open up the nerve flow down to my knee. I got my fix. Thanks Nadia. read more

Maya is the best, she'll make you feel really happy at the end of the massage. Prices are very reasonable.

First time at Saitara Thai Massage and it was an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The massage itself was incredible -- very professional, relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. The therapist was attentive, checked in on pressure, and truly knew how to release tension. Today, my pain is very mild compared to what it was yesterday before seeing them. Definitely coming back! read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they placed our party of 3 into separate rooms. Normally, these businesses squeeze you into the most minimally number of rooms. I had a lady named Lisa and I enjoyed her level of massage and technique. I know it was her last appointment and she tried to give as much attention to me in the 60 minutes I scheduled I would definitely return for 90 minutes! read more

I had a 90 min massage. Due to a back injury many years ago andAnna was my masseuse whiten excellent job she did. was sore but I knew it woud be ok after a day or two. Excellent job Ms Anna I will be back you are the best. Alan read more

It started off good, maybe 15/20 min then my original masseuse leaves without saying anything. Another lady comes in and continues only to do absolutely nothing for me. Basically felt like just rubbing oil with no pressure at all. She left the room multiple times. She even said "I need water" and left. I left still feeling sore, I paid my bill and as I was walking away they yelled at me asking me for tip. Sorry but tip is not required. Won't go back. **update** Looked at my receipt today and they added $40 tip to my card without my permission. Enjoy your $40, maybe you needed it more than me. read more

Hands down the best Thai massage I've ever had. The staff are friendly and really know what they're doing. The place is clean and relaxing, and I always leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend! read more

They are still great with getting me in at the last minute, but I just had to post about this last encounter. My favorite therapist is retired now, so I've been having different ones each time. But this last gal... ai... felt like she didn't know what she was doing!!! I went in to get my legs worked on, but not only did I not get any Thai massage, but she also bruised me using her elbows, hitting bone at times. She could not tell, nor read, by my multiple jumps, that what she was doing to me was bad, just kept going. Forced popping of my joints, put pressure on already injured areas (told her about it)... went in achy, left in more pain and with a headache. I gave it overnight, thought maybe I was just that tight. Headache woke me up, visible bruises on my back, wrist is now sore from her "technique" of hand work, and I can't stand on my injured ankle (back to taping). I can't even request to not have her again because she didn't tell me her name, and she didn't see me out. I wish I had just skipped this one. read more

Massage is therapeutic for me as I have several injuries and stress-related muscle spasms. After awaking with a back spasm, I found this blessing on YELP. I was able to get an appointment immediately. I literally left Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder and got more results from 90 minutes of massage than I had after 3 weeks of PT for a March 2020 injury. I came for my back but Diana adjusted and corrected my body from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. I came for my back but regained full range of motion in my shoulder and so much more. read more

I was suffering, by choice mind you lol, from severe pain from knots in my shoulders and neck (right side was worse) to where I could not sleep. I finally decided that I will see a Thai massage therapist. My coworker told me about this place. Super close to my work that was a plus. Omigod, I had Diana as my massage therapist and I must tell you that she is the best and a lifesaver!!!! I would even call her an Angel!!!! Immediately I felt so much better and the best part...I HAD NO PAIN ON MY RIGHT SIDE!!!!! read more

First of all you shorted me on my massage time. I checked my watch. Secondly you were lazy and gave a lazy massage using a bamboo stick because I requested a 90 minute massage. Third you coerced me to have my back walked on when I said I didn't want that. Now my back hurts. I'll never go to your lazy ass massage ever again! You disappeared twice during the massage and was texting to you dumb ass. And on top of that you used ice cold oil that made me jump each time applying. And finally you threw a hot towel on me without warning that also made me jump. I couldn't relax during the whole massage! Fucked up place and ignorant therapist. read more

Second time here, my therapist was Jada. Super nice, super sweet. Different type of massage this time, not as much stretching so not as vigorous?? Not sure if that's the right word but last time I saw Mazee, I think that's her name, well last time I got stretched so much and the stretching is what I think really made a difference in my lower back. BUT I'm still very satisfied with the massage that I received from Jada today. It was more of the kneading type which I really love too and she did an excellent job on my right shoulder, and neck, really got in there. These ladies work hard, it's not the kind where you don't feel a thing or it didn't make a difference. I felt good leaving and paying and tipping. Was well worth it. I'll be back. read more

I went for a massage today and I was not expecting a massage where a masseuse removed my underwear and as she was massaging me, she offered me an extra service to massage my private area. I have gone to many massage places but never i was asked for that kind of service... this was happened today at around 4pm at this location. The masseuse was in wearing black outfit today. Kinda in her late 40s or early 50s. I've been to this place in the past but I was never asked that service. I declined to have the service done as it was not very appropriate. Should I contact RICO and make a complaint.??? read more

Three starts for exceptional customer service and cleanliness. My expectations of getting a Thai massage is lots of loosening and cracking...did I get that during my massage today? Unfortunately, no. My upper back and shoulder area is the most problematic and when I addressed it, nothing was loosened really. I was relaxed but the entire massage was rubbing into my back and body and not really getting into my knots. My usual go to Thai massage spot was closed today and I was in dire need of getting my knots loosened and back cracked. Sadly, I will not be returning. read more

They are open. First time being at a thai massage place. Have to take off your shoes when you come in but they are friendly and helpful. Kite massaged me and knows what she's doing. We had a couple's massage by Mimi and Nicky - they were incredible! Best deep tissue and Thai combo everrrrrr (and I've had many). Elbows, knees, walking all over our backs, stretching... i clenched my teeth many times during that hour - but wow, what a treat for my muscles... no knots left anywhere! They accommodated us very quickly and it was so economical considering the physical effort they put into our muscles. Best investment during our trip to Hawai'i - mahalo, ladies! read more

I would give 20 stars if I could! My therapist was Maiya and she did such an amazing job. She worked on all the areas that needed attention as I was aching from an intense workout earlier in the morning. I have a bad habit of not stretching and she helped stretch me real good. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and her technique is flawless. If you're looking for a relaxing and refreshing massage, go see Maiya.
