This team constantly updated me on my dad's condition and made sure I was well informed as to what to expect next. I rang the elderly care facility, Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton, a woman who answered the door said the person didn't belong to them. Within 5 minutes multiple nurses came out and eventually took responsibility. The cops and ambulance showed up at the scene but no one advocated for her due to language barriers and age. How did this person get out with a wheelchair? She couldn't walk or get up? Doesn't speak any English. If a family member sees this we are willing to share what we saw. Sorry we didn't know what to do.
