Sure enough, Joe ran into a few issues along the way, but he handled every one of them professionally and never let it slow him down. He did an excellent job getting my new tankless water heater installed and working properly. After that, Joe came inside to work on my shower valve. He took the time to lay down drop cloths and protect my home before starting the work. I couldn't be happier with the service, craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall experience. Joe clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. If you're calling Western Rooter, ask for Joe! Not only will you get great plumbing work, but you'll also get a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be asking for Joe again the next time I have any plumbing needs.
