The most unwelcoming shop at the Wynn. The doorman working at this establishment on Saturday, April 29 needs to be let go. Worst customer service I have received at any of the shops at the Wynn, the Venetian, or the Palazzo. Walked up to him and asked "Sir, would you mind if I asked you a question?" His response was "It's my first day, don't ask me anything", put his hands up and shooed me away like a piece of garbage. As a potential customer of that store, spending thousands of dollars, I will never be spending a penny there. I understand it's your first day Sir, so if you are unable to be of ANY service to potential customers, then go get somebody who can be of service. read more

I would skip this Saint Laurent and go elsewhere. We love the Wynn a lot but I won't be going back to this store. The sales associate gave me attitude and her mood totally changed when I asked to purchase a different bag than the first one she showed me because the side stitching was completely mismatched and unaligned. When I'm paying thousands for a bag, I expect good customer service and bag quality control and you get neither at this store. read more

SNOBBY saleswoman who degraded my friends when she inquired about a bag. Why do people who work in high end luxury stores feel like they are above a customer? What kind of kick do people get out of being so snobby? We love YSL/SL products but this woman at this particular store gave us a horrible impression of how NOT to treat customers. We will purchase at other Saint Laurent stores on the strip. The one at the Wynn needs to train this woman better. read more

My daughter was looking for a cross body bag and found a perfect one at the YSL @ Wynn LV. The sales associate was very nice, I remembered her from YSL at the Forum Shops, she was very help from the beginning to the end very impressed with her client services. So after 3 weeks of purchase, her bag started to ripple on the top of the bag in between the zipper. I called the YSL and spoke to a manager name Nick, just told him what I was seeing and he was very helpful on the phone. He asked to send him some pictures and than he asked to bring the bag into the store. Today, I got to meet Nick and he was also very professional, kind, and understanding. He exchanged the bag for a new one that wasn't rippling. I hope this one will be a better one, for the about of money we paid, I expected a longer life time. Worst experience!!! If you're ever in Las Vegas I suggest you to go to YSL inside the crystals! I had LAUREN as my sale associate. I purchased a medium sunset cocco print and the bag is not cheap! So I asked her if I could have a new one and she told me that was the last one. Since I really like the bag I still purchased it. And when I got home I checked every details of the bag and saw a damage so I went back to the store after 2 hours of purchasing to exchange it. I let her know that the bag was damaged and if she can just order me a new one online and I'll pick it up. But she brought out a new bag! Not only she lied to me but her attitude was horrible. She even told me that was my final exchange like wtf first of all it wasn't my fault that the bag was damaged when I even asked her to give me a brand new one in the first place. She wasted my time and gas going back to the store. Me and my mom both purchased bags here and we are not satisfied at all. Ive been purchasing YSL bags and this is thus far the worst experience ever!!!!! read more
