Don't shop here. The service is awful and the manager in charge the day I came in is a complete d**k. Didn't get his name but he has a mole or some birthmark on the left side of his upper lip. I came in to return a bag and they told me I couldn't return it because there was a "mark" inside the bag. Asked them to show me and the sales rep was pointing at what appears to be lint or some fiber from the lining of the bag. I had my bags not wrapped they were just thrown into the box & into the bag without any wrapping or ribbon added. I was promised that I would receive a new strap on Wednesday (after 4 days), but this time passed and no one called me until I arrived at the store myself! There was no strap and I wanted to make a return, but I was not warned that it was impossible to return their bags The seller shouted loudly at the whole store and was furious! I felt very uncomfortable. They changed my belt, but it turned out to be from the wrong bag! My bag is matte and made of grained leather, and a new strap is made of patent and other leather! Not sure was a damage item or not but took it for repair. They said they will rush it since I was traveling. After 2 weeks store manager PETER said I have to wait for 6 months for them to send out and get the heel repaired. 6 months??? I just bought the shoe. I called them and right on dot, they just got a shipment the same day I called to ask. When I went to pick it up, I was referred to Michael. I am not quite sure as to why this particular boutique has such negative reviews. My personal experience with them was amazing (and I am not a regular in the Houston area). I walked in just wanted to see the Monogramme Kate medium textured-leather shoulder bag. I knew I wanted the color to be red but I was unsure about the color of the hardware. My sales associate (Arielle) was amazing! She not only showed me all the red shoulder bags in that general style, but made sure we brought them out in both silver and gold hardware so I could see for myself and try them on. Since I was visiting from out of town and didn't plan on making a large purchase, Arielle and another sales associate there (I never got her name) offered to ship it to me (back at home) via FedEx overnight. I had an international flight to catch a day later so Arielle insisted that I take her personal cell number so she can keep me updated about the whereabouts of my bag. I just received the bag a couple of minutes ago, and it was beautifully packaged and boxed with a ribbon on top. Just save yourself the trouble and buy YSL at Saks, Neiman or online. The store's return policy is ridiculous, salesperson lied about the store policy when my coworker was purchasing a bag with me. Tell us the purse could be returned to its original transaction within 10 days of purchase, wrong!! My husband made a mistake and went here to buy my wallet few days after I bought my purse and boy was I mad when they said you can only get store credit or exchange when I try to return it. Adding to this you can only use the credit in the f***ing store, how f***ing wonderful is that. I don't want anything at this damn location or deal with the shitty service. If only I knew that my husband was going to get me a wallet here I would've told him to go Chanel and get it bc the wallet that I got was defected and used, not a brand new one but USED, I don't do used stuff and don't tell me that you guys don't polish the YSL logo that's why it's scratched up when you clearly can tell between new and used.
