Daryl is super easy to work with, very responsive, very helpful and very affordable. I wanted to have plantation shutters installed and was recommended to Daryl by my realtor. I gave Daryl a text asking for a consultation and he showed up the very next day. He took the time to explain all the different designs and options he had and he even brought in-person examples. After we decided which shutters we liked, he took the measurements of each window and by the following day he provided a quote. Also, we inquired with Daryl about installing curtains for our glass sliding door. He mentioned that if we bought all the equipment needed for the curtains, he would install it at no extra charge. That just shows that Daryl really cares about his customers and wants what's best for them. When the shutters arrived, Daryl gave me a call to schedule the installation. His crew showed up right on time and was very friendly, respectful and professional during the installation. They did an awesome job and we're very happy with how things turned out. Saiki's came highly recommended. I called for a estimate and made an in house appointment for Daryl to take measurements for shutters. He came on time and was very pleasant to talk with. Hes a really humble nice man and knew what he was talking about. The shutters came late. (Cause of covid ugh! Ruins everything) But as soon as it came in, he asked if we were free for an install. I said, YES!! We are!! Install day came and his boys came on time. Matt (Daryl's nephew) and i forget the other gentleman's name. Darren i think. Anyway, they were very respectful of our home overall nice guys. We put shutters on all 10 windows and It came out beautiful. Daryl gave us the low down on how to open and close each shutter and how to do the routine maintenance. For the dust an such. Overall, the wifey and i are very happy with this purchase and we are glad we went with Saiki'. BTW Daryl not only does shutters. I am so happy with the work Daryl did for me! I found out that many companies don't install shutters in condos because of a wide range of possible problems (elevator size, management permission, liability, blah blah.) Daryl came out to my place to give me an estimate. He was very thorough while measuring and gave me options as far as what kind of installation he could do, product info, etc. He sent the estimate by the end of that same day and immediately I was satisfied with the quote. I sent him a deposit and waited 8 weeks for my shutters to arrive. The same week the shutters arrived, Daryl was able to schedule installation. I live in a condo and I know it wasn't the easiest installation for his team, so I am SO APPRECIATIVE of the hard and great work they did. I would recommend Daryl to everyone!!
